Great hotel with good amenities and helpful staff
I thought the rooms were big, nicely decorated and contained everything one might need when on vacation. The only thing I didn't care for was there was only one entrance. You couldn't use your key to get in any other way. I loved the pool and the basketball court is wonderful for the kids.
The refrigerator in the room is obnoxiously loud. The room seems wiped over, not necessarily thoroughly cleaned. Mask wearing is not enforced.
I paid by Orbitz and the hotel also charged me. I have called already 3 times to get the credit back in my credit card but always the attendant has to "check with the manager" that supposedly will call be back as he is always busy when I call. He never calls back. Terrible experience with a hotel stealing money from customers. I'm a Marriot Bonvoy Gold member and get this poor attention, I can only imagine what kind of attention if you are not even a member.
