The staff were very nice checking in and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. But I didn’t like the that the room had lot of little flies flying around at night and the comforter smelt like smoke. Also my daughter found beer bottle caps lying around I am assuming from the previous person. Oh also there wasn’t any hot water for the shower.

Hotel and staff very nice, easy and fast to check in .

Did not like that they didnt clean the room daily and i had to get rude just to get clean towels.

Good

The lobby is super glamorous, kind of gets your hopes up. But the rooms were just okay. Clean and stocked, but nothing too fancy. Worked out well for one night, unfortunately both pools were closed due to covid, and breakfast was packed up to-go with your hotel basics, but did include a hot item which was nice. I would say if you are just passing through it’s a good choice, but would not make it a destination.

Pool was not open I disliked that as were other hotels are open

I will never be going back there again. The return for the deposit takes long

I love staying here when we come to Visalia. The staff are always wonderful. Whenever I request something like a certain floor or some extra cups they are always so generous. If you ever are looking for somewhere to stay here in Visalia I highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at the hotel for many years. The rooms are nice and big and very clean. The bathroom has a lighted mirror which is great when getting ready. Very nice restaurant.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again

The front desk gentleman wasn’t that friendly. Just a heads up. The pictures on the website are very misleading as to what we are purchasing. All the pictures looked the same. And what we though we were booking is not what we received. We get up to the 5th floor and our keys don’t work. So we had to go back and fix that. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. So we slept very uncomfortably all night. Went to make coffee in the morning and the creamer was curdled (spoiled). Which was very disgusting.

room was nice, customer assistance was great, breakfast was good

The air conditioning was nice and Had 2 pools. It was a nice and quiet place. The price was good as well.

The Wyndham Visalia is an excellent hotel to stay in while visiting Visalia and the surrounding cities. It is easy access from the freeway but traffic is not noticable from inside the hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Neighboring room noise is noticable but not distracting so as to lose sleep. There are indoor and outdoor pools on premise. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I didn't like the room location which faced the hallway/walkway leading to the pool which meant that the curtains/shades had to remain close all the time. The second floor room we were moved to was directly facing the lobby which was open to everyone. Check out pictures of the hotel lobby and you will see the room location.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our property as your comments and business are truly appreciated. Great news, we have re-opened our dinner service from 5pm-10pm in all three locations, Cafe California, Mahoganys, Cafe Outdoor Patio and Room Service. Furthermore we have re-opened our outdoor pool, sundeck and fitness center for your enjoyment. Our indoor pool and spa do remain closed per CDC guidelines. As we are currently living in unprecedented times it is refreshing for my team to know that we made your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just a reminder that visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park are great options during Spring/Summer for a perfect two day trip using Wyndham Visalia as your home base and still have the ability to social distance in the process. We hope your travels bring you back this way in the future and stay safe. Warm Regards, Samantha General Manager

Just a reminder that visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park are great options during Fall for a perfect two day trip using Wyndham Visalia as your home base and still have the ability to social distance in the process. Even during the winter months there are plenty of places to ‘play in the snow’ at the Parks. We hope your travels bring you back this way in the future and stay safe.
