I have been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years, and the rooms are in need of renovation soon. What is even worse is that I cannot give more than two stars to hotels that, after the pandemic, have reduced their services while increasing their nightly rates. They no longer clean the rooms daily. In my case, I stayed for three nights and no one cleaned the room during my stay. Another example of the lack of service: when I arrived, I noticed two glasses in the hallway in front of another room’s door. When I left, the same glasses were still in the exact same place
