The room looked like it had just been remodeled. The shower they installed I would like to have in my own house. The staff was helpful and the parking was open and easy.

Very dirty room had odor walls scratch up need painting turn water on in bathroom sink sprayed all over you reported said can’t do anything till next morning ( so we used bottled water we had so we wouldn’t get wet again) next morning couldn’t make coffee no coffee cups an coffee pot missing parts went to office they couldn’t help

Literally just needed to sleep a few hours for my mothers funeral in a room I had already paid for and these horrible people wanted to charge me for another day that i wouldn't even b able to check in to until after the service had already started most heartless people I've ever met don't take ur business here terrible customer service

Continental breakfast had waffle maker, tea and coffee, yogurt, cereal and fruit. Booked and prepaid through a 3rd party but the night attendant, at first, said the credit card was denied and she couldn't give me the room. 10 minutes later, it went through.

Room was very nice. Strange there were no lamps on the tables and no pictures on walls. There was no hairdryer. Breakfast could have had a few more choices. There was a smell outside once you left the room.
