I know this is not a high end, place to stay, but I was very disappointed. My room was freezing even with the heat on, and the blankets were paper thin. The floor was dirty.
The blankets have burnt marks from cigarette. Inside the coffee maker was dirty! Breakfast was not great
I have stayed at some crappy places in the past that had false advertisement but for the value of this hotel it was a nice stay if you want to visit Kings Canyon or Sequoia. There was a small round table in the room that is convenient for sitting down to eat. Very limited continental breakfast which was fine since there are lots of places to eat in Visalia. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stay away!!!! If you stay at this hotel uncover the sheets of your bed and you will see how awful the matters are, They are old, stain and worst of all ripped mattresses.

At first we could not enter our room because of a broken door lock. Fortunately moved to another room. High smell of cleaning solution. Totally worn out chest of drawers with two out of four drawers unable to open or close without undo force (kicking). For breakfast card tables to eat at(5 crowded) Uncomfortable Bed, no stopper in sink or tub. However, it appeared several rooms had been made over.
Breakfast was so lacking that we couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Have never seen a continental breakfast run out! Worse was the loud air conditioning, woke up several times at night to hear it turning on and off.
We were bitten by bed bugs around midnight. All night through, we couldn't sleep at all. We reported the bed bugs (told them we took a picture of the bed bug, time stamped) to the staff in the morning. The manager did not refunded the room charge. Not a single word of apology! Terrible!!! I am going to share this experience in the social media when I return home.

This was the least expensive room in the area. We just needed a place to sleep on the way to Sequoia, and it served that purpose adequately.
Yes floor of room 45 makes such a noise that I afraid to put my foot on floor . Phone was not working at all. Rest was excellent
