This motel was absolutely filthy! The bed sheets had body fluid visible on them…. The bathroom was something im sure a bio chemist would love to study . Miserable experience . Orbitz also made it harder I couldn’t leave and get a refund because the manager wouldn’t be there until morning. So I was told by orbitz to spend the night in these horrid conditions…

There was no shampoo. A microwave but no cups to use for making tea. No hair dryer. Thin blanket. If you jack up the price for World Ag Expo, you should add some basic amenities. I know it’s a Motel 6 so my expectations were low but it was really bad for the price

The TV did not work consistently during my stay. Also the electrical outlets next to the bed are connected to the lights. So when you turn the lights off the power to my CPAP turns off too. I had to sleep with the lights on.

I did not like the fact that I told the housekeeper that my room did not need to be clean. because I just got there and it is not dirt she was rude to me. and I did not like that they deactived my room key before my time was up. and there were roaches in my room.

It was just ok, for the price is ok but staff could provide a better service. I understand that during this health crisis there is no much that we can do, check in and check out is just through a window, but to increase your expectation or have a better stay, staff should be more friendly

Very clean, very quiet, comfortable bed & pillows.

Not clean. Hair in sheets and all the towels. I never asked for room service but because of CoVid -19, the manager forced room service and said it was mandatory. The manager and cleaning lady is very close to me and not one staff member is wearing a mask if CoVid is such an importance to them to force room service, then the cleaning lady that is in the room with me should have been wearing a mask. I asked for extra towels since every towel had a pubic or head hair on it, and the manager came with 3 more disgusting towels. The big lady manager is rude from the beginning of check in but the rest of the staff was cordial. Never coming back.

The host are always so nice when I check in and out

The hotel is by the hi-way; but the rooms are clean and the price is good for a short stay. I stayed in a King size single room and it was fine.

I enjoyed the room and the channels they had on tv.

Super friendly staff. Was greeted as soon as walked in and they were very professional. I would recommend this establishment anytime.

Positive: off freeway, room was clean but it had a funny smell! Negative: location was in ghetto, room smelled, front desk receptionist male was rude and non welcoming.
