The bed felt WET. The area is super sketchy. Our floor reeks of weed. The AC was not working properly, and the first floor next to the elevator was FULL of house keeping carts, it’s a fire hazard. We’ve never had a bad stay at BW until today. Awful.

Decent stay

Decent breakfast, which is a plus. It was pretty much the same everyday, and it didn’t stay super well stocked, but they had hot options. Super comfortable bed and very clean hotel and room! Friendly staff, coffee in the lobby. Seemed like a nice pool but didn’t get a chance to swim. A few small inconveniences: the tv had to be unplugged and plugged back in every time we turned it on or the picture wouldn’t show and it had small channel selection. Also the A/C unit had a musky smell to it, almost like wet carpet or something. I tried to air out the room by opening a window, but this didn’t do much, and it was super hot so we needed the AC unit. After checkout I saw boxes of them in front of the lobby, so hopefully this is getting fixed! Towels are like sandpaper, but I appreciated we got maid service everyday, which not all hotels offer anymore. Free parking, but very small lot. A couple nights we came back around 10pm and got what seemed to be the last spot, and it was tight.
