This gem has been recently updated for your enjoyment! Appreciate open living spaces! Comfy sofa in the living room that converts into a sofa bed for additional sleeping space and a cozy fireplace. Work area with a desk in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen offers all of the necessities, including a microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking/eating utensils and equipment. With a breakfast bar and breakfast nook for seated dining. The shared bathroom offers his & her sinks, and a gorgeously updated shower/bath with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The front bedroom offers a queen bed and a futon. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with private access to the backyard. The primary bedroom offers slider access to the backyard, and a beautiful private restroom, with a step-in shower, equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Location was quiet and quaint, perfect for a family getaway. Nearby shopping and groceries. Only thing I would complain about if I had to would be the master bed wasn’t so comfortable but besides that the place was perfect.

Great spot! Convenient to downtown restaurants and shops. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host, Hal, was terrific. I had a question about the door lock keypad and Hal was responsive and helpful.

Not happy with my stay.

10 days before my stay I got an email from VRBO saying that they were working with the host on a “security concern”. When I tried to reach out to the host for confirmation he wouldn’t respond. I had to reach out to VRBO asking for my money back before they could get ahold of him. Vrbo wouldn’t give me a refund so we continued with our stay. Things were fine at first, but the master bed was horrible. There were two boards nailed in under the mattress that created a large hump in the bed. So two of us couldn’t sleep at all. Other beds were satisfactory.The second day of our stay we came home to a flood in the kitchen. Water was pouring out of the fridge ice maker. There was a half inch of water all around the fridge. And the large area rug was soaking wet. Once again, when I texted and called host , there was no response. When he answered through VRBO email he just said that it after business hours so he would send someone the next day. With help of neighbors ,We figured out how to turn the water off and cleaned up the best we could. Place was generally clean but I have a low score on cleanliness because we spent an hour of our vacation cleaning the mess up. Unacceptable. We didn’t get our money back. I would not stay here again!!!

Nice spot

Everything was very nice. The house was clean and cute and in a nice neighborhood. Only knock is that the beds were awful and there were no cleaning supplies (broom). The master bed was memory foam and it was dipping in different spots. My neck was not happy. I also didn't see a washer/dryer, but we were only there for 2 nights so i didn't need that.

Just what we needed

The house was just what we needed for our family trip. It was minimally decorated which was perfect for us with children. It was cozy and clean. A desk for work, shows for the kids, and queen beds in each room. Would definitely stay again! *Note* the property is split into two VRBOs. Each has their own entrance and lock, but the backyard is shared. This wasn't an issue for us, but I do feel it should be noted. There was some one staying in the converted garage while we were there.
