We were running late and the clerk at the counter got us signed up and checked in super fast so we could be on our way.
The hotel location was great, clean, quiet and safe. I will say the indoor pool was overly chlorinated and the ventilation was poor that I ended up with a headache. I’m not a fan of super soft pillows so my sleep wasn’t as comfortable. The staff were very nice. The lady at the front desk forgot to send extra toilet paper when I requested. The breakfast was good. Overall we had a good stay.
The location was very convenient going to the Sequoia National Park. Breakfast was good!
Did not receive clean towels and beds was not made I don't think my room was cleaned at all

I did not like the fact that the pool was closed. Should have advised before booking. Facility had a very strong smell that was unpleasant.

Well nice place for the price. Decor is updated nicely. The bathroom fan is SO annoyingly loud. Mark was ver nice and personally welcoming. Housekeeping can work on thorough cleaning the phone. The phone looks crusty with old finger prints.
