If you want to hear your neighbors, word for word, even at 2am then this is the perfect hotel. Hear every time they slam every door, every toilet flush, etc. This was a miserable place to stay. Very dirty and way outdated. Not a chance that I'll ever consider staying here again, even if it was free.

Most things were good. The microwave was broken. The shower head was weak. The elevator was slow, loud, and did not have an updated permit. Everything else was good. The staff was nice and the parking was easy. Pretty quiet all around.

Enjoyed our stay. Vehicle parked (long term) in breezeway make entry narrow...facility showing some wear & Tear, nice breakfast..

good, smooth, everything went smooth, no problems at all

We were in town for a short time. Our check in was quick and easy. Our room was awesome. Very nice and very roomy much more than we expected. our breakfast was yummy and fresh very filling. On our next visit we will definetly be staying here again.

AMAZING LOCATION!! Was right across from the convention center. Great location for restaurants and farmers market!

I didn't really have time to thoroughly check out this hotel. It was just a one night stay, I arrived late, and went straight to my room to bed. Room was clean. Nothing special.

Pleasant place, helpful staff and central to all amenities.

I stayed here cause I was interviewing at the local hospital. I was in a handicap accessible room so the shower was in the middle of the bathroom and spilled water across the floor. The hotel was clean but nothing special

Above expectations. Well-appointed room (refrig, two TVs, Microwave, nice linens), better-than-average free hot breakfast, free appetizers and wine/beer at happy hour, easy free covered parking, plenty of luggage carts, free wifi.

Great staff. Good location. Nice extras with breakfast and wine reception

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were painless. The location was walking distance to the convention center and the hospital. There were several good restaurants in the area within walking distance, however I wouldn't walk to them after dark because the streets aren't well lit in this area. The morning breakfast offered by the hotel was very disappointing because the warm plates didn't keep the food warm.

For the price and the quality u can't go wrong.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the shower (of utmost importance to me), and the entire room was very clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like is that the vanity is outside of the bathroom so there is no privacy to brush teeth/put on makeup/do hair, plus no exhaust in the bathroom.

Large 2 queen bed rooms with kitchenette (sink, microwave, fridge) and separate couch and TV, lots of space, ideal for family and self providing.

There was limited parking since the lot was shared with the convention center across the street and they were having a big event that night. Breakfast ended at 9:30. This seemed a little early for a weekend. It was a bit noisy late at night. Could have been the brewery behind the hotel or people from the convention center.

Service was great at check in and check out, room was comfortable and quiet dispite being on a busier road, the location is perfect, close to everything, and there were good hot and cold breakfast options.

Room was large but split into 2 sections feeling somewhat closed in.

lots of restaurants in walking distance

Prearranged meeting with a local historian and we took a walking and riding tour of Visalia and Tulare. There are a lot of wonderful things to see in this fantastic small city environment in the Sierra Nevada foothills.
