This is my second time staying here and it was just as good, if not better! The rooms are clean and spacious. The whole facility is clean and orderly. It’s also quiet, which is great. Nearby restaurants and bars and also freeway close. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Great location in downtown Visalia

The staff was friendly and the woman that worked in the breakfast area was fantastic. She was welcoming and constantly refreshed and resupplied the food and beverages to make us all feel well taken care of. My major complaint was that the elevator took forever, and was so slow that it made staying on the 3rd floor seem like the 20th. The hotel is in a great location and I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is great (friendly and helpful). They offer free breakfast (really good flavor and good variety) wifi, and parking. There's a gym onsite, although I didn't use it. The room was a good size for my family of 5. The hotel is located in the downtown area, surrounded by many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Also close to Sequoia National Park. I do feel that they could do better with cleaning the room. It was clean enough, but could use a deep clean or maybe a carpet upgrade.
