Quiet and family oriented

Had a great experience for a first timer VRBO user. Everything was as listed and the owners were very easy to reach. I'll likely be back when we return to visit family! Had a great selection of family games!

Nice property, nice location

This was a very nice house, well furnished. It was very convenient to Visalia and pretty close to Sequoia. There were some issues, but the owner was good about communication and worked to help with one of the problems.

trip to yosemite and sequoia

We stayed here for a week. the house is spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. enough utensils and entertainment options. the only issue is the noise of the a/c, specially for those sensitive to sound at night. other than that we are very satisfied with the arrangements. the host is very easily reachable.

Great Location. Overall great home. A little dated. Beyond minor aesthetic/cosmetic issues, nothing a can of paint couldn't fix. Only real complaint was the loud A/C and from looking at previous reviews MANY MONTHS prior this, it seems to be a reoccurring issue that has yet to be fixed.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Me and my kids loved the place. The ac did make the walls vibrate which kept me up. But that’s just because I’m a light sleeper. My kids slept great there. They loved all the games that was provided there for them.

Not what we expected

A/C wasn’t on upon arrival. No instructions for turning it on. When it was on, it vibrated the walls in bedrooms and made it hard to sleep. Pet rules were given an hour ahead of check in with extra fees if rules not met and no cleaning supplies accessible to accommodate these rules.

The house was spotless. All the beds were very comfortable. Neatly appointed. Well kept. The Owner was very prompt and helpful in all communications.
