The staff were all really nice and very helpful. I appreciate the cleaning staff and how hard they work but I had asked them not to clean the room, and they did anyway. I wouldn't have minded so much except that we had come back to the hotel room expecting to be able to go right in and had to wait 30 minutes while they finished cleaning. The room was decent. My heater didn't work very well so there was a chill but there wasn't any vent in the bathroom so when I would take a shower it would heat up the room nicely. No fan in the bathroom didn't bode well for actually using the toilet though... All in all it wasn't awful but I will be trying another hotel in the future.
I enjoyed my stay but the bedding covers were not adequate. The room's a\c was not quite adjustable and I woke up both nights cold. Other than that great stay.
fan in bathroom broken, light bulb out, bad outlets, plugs fall out. Housekeeping kept bothering us during last 3 hours of checkout AND they entered without authorization WITH DNDisturb sign on the door! Its a dump!!! mildew smell too!
Overall the hotel was nice. Convenient to freeway.
It was affordable compare to other hotels in Fresno. Nice thing is that they are renovating the entire facility. That's a plus. New beds was the first thing I notice. The Ramada is affordable.
The hotel was fine. For the price it's a good deal. The area around wasn't very good per say.
Just a weekend get away... Staff was accommodating ...no niose...had a good stay. Nothing bad to stay..
Great hotel, great location, great pool, great beds!
This Ramada Inn was very dated. It was clean but the room was very dark. The price was right for a one night stay.
It was well priced and comfortable but the desk receptionist was cold and slow. The continental breakfast was ok but nothing special. All in all it is a good place to stay for the price.
Hotel is OK but does not stand on Ramada international standards. Room is fine but maintenance is not great, carpet condition are bad, installations quality is below average. WiFi hardly available out of the lobby area and when it is, the speed is super slow. If you need to do anything over internet, this is not the place for you to stay. Breakfast is just pure bad. Messy, very little selection and very noisy wit television volume way up.
Fitness room is useless. Continental breakfast has very limited options. Room is comfortable, nice bed. Small issues in the bathroom but very good shower water pressure. Easy parking. Easy check in/out. For the price if in the area, it is worth. Don't expect any luxury though!
Was a restful stay with my husband and fun getaway
Needs some updating but clean and staff was very pleasant
Good location and nice room facility, I only stay one night with good impression
This was our second stay at this Ramada. The first time in summer was great. This stay, in winter, was not so great. We had a first floor room which was very cold. We ran the heat continuously. The wall sockets were very loose and we could not get things to remain plugged in. The topper was the fact that the sink would not dispense hot water. I didn't bring it to the management's attention as it was late at night and I didn't want to move two little children that late, as I know that would have been their solution. When mentioned the next morning at check out, there was no hint at any kind of refund. This surprised me as I rented two rooms. Never again for the Ramada North Fresno.
Room facilities is older then it should be, but the room is big enough. The breakfast was really bad. Dining room during the breakfast was dirty, the staff didn't clean after the guests. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful.
the breakfast was never hot, will not stay or recommend anyone to stay here.
Hotel exterior as I drove up pretty much started the story. Hotel is in dire need of a major remodel. Outside isn't take care of. The only part of the hotel that was decent looking was the lobby. Carpet is filthy. Walls are horrible. Bathroom makeover looks like a day labor redid it. I was expecting Ramada's reputation to be a lot better than this location. I've had some wonderful stays at Ramada but this hotel is the bottom of the barrel on quality and comfort. Hopefully someone who cares reads this review and has a good talk with the owner. Clearly this owner needs a swift kick in the backside to get his property Ramada worthy.
The best part if this hotel was the location and lobby. The room was very dirty. The sheets and blanket was old and dirty. The couch looked like it was there since the hotel was built. The mat in the shower was horendous.
