There was no microwave in the room that’s was disappointing

Great location, friendly front desk staff, loved the tickets for the ferry to Taino Beach.

The property is nice, well kept , some areas under construction but doesn’t impact any amenities, there just isn’t much aside from the two bar/restaurants both very good but just isn’t much else there. And they close early. But I guess it’s just a resort where ppl go to sleep early. Staff is friendly and polite.

Clean and extra friendly staff rooms very clean pools great shuttles always on time

the Hotel atmosphere friendly, clean, smell of the fresh sea breeze, restaurants , boating Just darn beautiful and enjoyable

The staff is great and friendly. Hotel is near everything. The upgrades are an appreciated change.

The hotel is well situated near Port Lucaya so there is great access to restaurants. The rooms are quite large and comfortable.

location was good.was there 8years ago nothing much has changed.not many tourists there i thought it was the time of year but was told by a few taxis that it doesnt get much better even in the states winter time.their govt. is putting their money into nassau.thats a shame.wont go back for awhile but when i do i will go back to pelican bay.WAKE UP GOVERMENT!

Hotel staff was exceptional. Renovation in process for Sabor Restaurant. Missed Çontinental breakfast where Bonefish is located. One evening there was No parking available for guests due to hotel restaurant event. Not worth the price. Ms Bullard at the front desk and staff were excellent. Rooms need to be renovated and updated.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean but very outdated.

Room and water was not clean, water was yellow for a while before turning clear Isn't this enough?

Hotel is located near many restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Pool area is on the bay and upscale. Rooms are large and clean, but basic. Check-in was a nightmare with long lines and 40 minute waits to find out rooms were available yet. They did offer a free drink coupon for the inconvenience and the wait was just an hour more. Would stay there again.

Great location, take advantage of free water taxi to Taino Beach. Close to lots of shops and great food

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to everything and we didn't get into a car the whole time we were there. Restaurants, bars, entertainment, and excursions were all within easy walking distance. The pools at the hotel were very quiet and the property was very clean. The service was great and all of the staff was helpful and pleasant.

We had a great room with a beautiful bay view. The balcony was large and private, and the room was so quiet. No noise from children, neighbors or pool activity. Perfect for relaxation!

I don't know how this hotel rates 4 stars. It is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old and are actually rusting! The plumbing in the bathroom is corroding and the fiberglass shower/tub was sloppily installed leaving a crumbling drywall seam around the top. The tile flooring looked filthy and the grout was badly stained. The room had a fridge that wouldn't close well and the humidity created condensation that ran out onto the floor. The light fixtures are made of painted steel and are rusting. Ditto with the door. The sliding balcony door required a piece of PVC pipe as a lock or block from opening. The railing on the balcony had rotted and was recently repaired with a combination of new unpainted wood and salvageable wood. The staff at this hotel is wonderful though, as are most of the Bahamian people. The location is at the far end of Port Lucaya and that's right where you want to be. Port Lucaya has all of the touristy vendor stalls as well as duty free shopping and restaurants. A free water taxi can take you to the Taino Beach, which is one of the best beaches on the island. If you scuba dive, underwater explorers is right next door. The irony is that I chose this hotel based on the 4 star rating but I could have chosen an actual 4 star hotel nearby for only slightly more money. I would urge *rbitz to change this rating immediately.

Stayed in the king suite, really nice, relaxing. & inviting. The daily pastry & fruit delivery and the espresso machine was an added plus,. Close proximity to nearby shopping, entertainment & restaurants. Quiet & relaxing, exactly what I wanted. The only downfall, the lighting in the room was extremely dim, could be a lot brighter..
