The TV is not working. The AC is a window unit, very loud and blowing right on you. Not possible to sleep. The pool is not clean, water is green and murky. Faucets are very old and rusty. Door is rotten on the bottom, looks like abandoned house. The safe has no lock. Cleaning lady left her bucket and other stuff in my room for hours. Towels are tiny and rough. The price of $100 per night is not realistic. $20 at best.

The hotel was a complete roach motel and it’s a bit sad that I have to write a review like this because this is my country and I want everyone to win but this is horrible representation. Allow me to begin with the positive: the staff was hospitable. Now for the bad, the hotel was nasty. The sheets for one were stained and seemingly used. I get the impression that they have a problem with maintenance because room service took my towels at 10am and I didn’t get new towels until late that evening. I had to call them and ask them to bring towels and they only brought one so I had to share with my guest. Additionally the hotel is infested with with roaches of all sizes big small large medium they did not discriminate. I even found one on my bed. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was not hot enough. The wifi connection was weak and the power in the hotel went out twice leaning the room hot and dark. It was the wirst experience I’ve ever had and would never ever go back.
