We spent about a week in and around Frankfurt. The hotel came highly recommended and lived up to its reputation. The bread on their breakfast buffet was incredible. Our room was very comfortable and sufficiently spacious, but there was a door leading to the balcony overlooking the patio that's in the hotel's photo. We will definitely be back.
This is really a luxory hotel at its best. It´s not in the center instead you have a nice walk to the city. It´s not as big as you might think, but classy. I can really recommend the restaurant. It´s pricey though. Book long in advance or it gets really expensive. I booked one day in advance and paid over 800 euro per night. After one night in standard room I can say it was not worth that money.
This is a really nice hotel, reasonably close to the city center. The courtyard is a lovely space for relaxing with a drink or having dinner. There was a slight error on my bill which I noticed after I left, and a simple email was all it took to get it resolved.
This Hotel only lives of its name. The prices are very high compared to other hotels with 5stars. The services are average, means that nothing special is being offered which may make you think that it is worth paying the extra money. Breakfast was included, even a la card, but the buffet offerings was again not more than average. If you go to Frankfurt, there are definitely better (and cheaper) options, so it is worth browsing through the offers.
We stayed three nights and had an excellent room facing the courtyard. It was large enough for us and our two large suitcases and was very comfortable, except for weak lighting. The service was excellent.
awful memories from this hotel. In May 2017 my husband and I had a business trip to Germany and stayed at this hotel. I left there a ring with a diamond, worth 15 thousand dollars. When I called a few hours after the departure and said that the ring was forgotten in the room on the nightstand, the hotel manager kindly said that there was a ring, I asked to transfer this ring to our friend in Germany. But the next day they did not give back the ring ! The hotel's deceitful managers said that another ring with a green stone was found in the hotel's spa, and a certain woman had already taken it. There was no data either. But after all, I originally described the forgotten ring as a wedding ring with a diamond that I forgot in a certain room! After all I returned to this hotel to talk with management, but I could not do anything((( in general, the hotel steals my wedding ring.. it's horrible, when a hotel of this level and such a price category can do this to customers, not the most pleasant memories ...
We upgraded with American Express, and the room was beautiful and spacious (by European standards) - included desk and sitting area with table and couch. Our view over the enclosed patio was simply beautiful. The bathroom was gorgeous and big. Breakfasts were ample and could be taken either in the dining room or the outdoor patio. Dinner was very good, and the bar scene is busy but low-key. The shared spaces in the hotel were intriguing and elegant. The hotel itself is tucked behind a wall not far from the city center; it's a good walk over the bridge to the city center but a nice one. This hotel is probably closer to the airport than if you stayed in the city center....and so worth every penny.
Stunning room, spa and facilities. Our room 335 was large yet quiet and cosy. Comfy superking bed, fluffy robes and attention to detail. Excellent location to enjoy the city. Note that parking is charged at 35 euros per day.
We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed this hotel . Greeted warmly at check in and taken to our room which was modern clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great . Location is quiet. Overall a really excellent choice in Frankfurt
We recently stayed 3 nights at Villa Kennedy following long flights from Australia where we arrived at 8am. We had pre- booked a Junior Suite which would not be available until later in the day but Vera recommended a Classic Suite package for an extra €100 per night which included complimentary mini bar (restocked daily), full breakfast in the dining room , free and unlimited movies and internet. It also included a one way limousine transfer to the airport on our departure. Even better the room was available immediately and comprised a two room high quality accomodation overlooking the internal courtyard. Getting the room so early really made our day and Vera and all the other staff at the hotel were lovely and prepared to meet any request. Highly recommend the Classic Suite Package for that little bit of extra luxury with huge bathroom , separate sleeping and lounge/dining room capable of being separated by sliding doors with TVs in both sections and all the complimentary features. Both room feature windows that open up onto the courtyard from our 4th floor with view of the city skyline and ability to have fresh air. Breakfasts included many options in very comfortable surroundings and staff were all wonderful. Highly recommended and will be our choice again if we return to Frankfurt for another stay.
