Central house offers plenty of room for 8 guests. The spacious living and dining room is a perfect space to gather with family and friends. Cooking out on the patio grill is a great way to enjoy the quiet fenced back yard.

Central House is within walking distance of downtown Bluffton, located 3 blocks from the hospital! Enjoy a short walk to the local coffee shop, brewery and downtown boutiques. River Greenway trail is a few blocks away following the beautiful Wabash River.

The house is beautiful and well-kept. We were in town for a memorial service for a family member who died, and the 4 bedrooms and dining & living rooms were what we needed for our family to be able to be together. The host was very quick to respond when we needed to contact her about something, and very accommodating when we asked for a favor. It was perfect!

We went for graduation ceremony in Evansville Indiana and to visit our daughter in Portland Indiana. I wanted for her to come visit us at the Central House but was sick and did not want to get out of her house. So we visit everyday. Great home close to downtown Bluffton. House was well maintained that allowed for a relaxing time to visit with family. Enjoyed the evening on the porch just soaking in the quiet surroundings. When back in Bluffton, will look for a stay here before looking at one of the hotels in town.

If I could give 12 stars, I would! This house was exquisite...beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle and had all the amenities you could possibly need. There is such ample space everywhere and a beautiful front porch and a charming back patio with a gas grill. This is the best VRBO we have ever rented.
