Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne

It was a nice hotel very convenient to the lutheran hospital which we wanted. The reviews and pictures made it seem a little newer than it actually was. It seemed clean and had a great free breakfast. Just no Wi-Fi in rooms and some cracks in walls. Needs a color update in the rooms.

Less than expected. Hotel is showing its age and for a no smoking building it reeks of smoke heavily. The breakfast was good and the staff were cordial especially at checkout. I found it difficult to get to when using the GPS as well.

Clean and close to airport. Easy to find from route driven.

We stayed here for a quick overnight while on a road trip. Checked in late to a warm welcome. Super quiet. Right on the interstate.

On line there was as reference to this hotel saying it was rated #7 out of 47 in Ft. Wayne. Not our experience. Maybe because we were on the top floor where remodeling had not been done yet, everything just seemed shabby. There was no coverlet on the bed...just a light bedspread...not cozy at all. The shower was very light...barely any water pressure. Just did not seem like a 3 star hotel in the section we were in that obviously needs remodeling.

It was a great experience. The location was good many restaurants to choose from and Krogers was close as well.

Was a quick getaway and we enjoyed our stay..Hotel was under construction and some of the stuff was outdated..Our A/C went out in room the second night, but they moved us to another which was a upgrade from ours since they did'nt have any like ours..

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Location near major roads, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater. Good breakfast everyday.

We stayed one night for a wedding and everything was very satisfactory. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was average and the fitness room was very small but reasonable.

Overall a very nice stay over 5 days. Couldn't ask for more helpful or friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was standard fare. Stayed one night on a second floor with a VERY noisy heating unit, it was also difficult to control heat (too hot or too cold no matter where we set the temperature). Moved to a 1st floor room on nights 2-5. This units temp control system was not accurate, when set at 62 degrees the room felt like it was 72, it took us a couple of days to figure out, at least it was quiet. We didn't complain about the new room's heating problems because we didn't want to change rooms a second time.

This was a first time visit at this hotel for us--but it won't be the last. From the great booking assistance we received to the friendly, helpful staff that accommodated a last minute request for a room change, we couldn't be more pleased with the obvious desire in Ft. Wayne extends to make their customers stay fantastic! We were so impressed with the comfortable beds, cleanliness of the room and especially the fabulous bed pillows!

Close to highway and reasonably close to the Allen County Public Library. Theoom was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was a little small for the number of people, however, the WAFFLES were awesome. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This hotel was amazing. Its won the certification of excellence for the last 4 years. Rooms were immaculately clean, staff was incredibly friendly. Convenient location close to a lot of different shopping outlets but far enough out of the way to where the traffic isnt a problem.

Great location with restaurants, grocery store and movie theater within walking distance. Only negative pool is very small and looked dirty and maid service wasn't great. One day room was not made up until 5pm.

It was a good experience. the staff was very nice and friendly, attended to any needs we needed and suggested some great places to occupy our time.

I travel to Fort Wayne area for business and stayed here before. It is great location relative to the airport and nearby food, even if no rental car. It is just what you want for basic overnight business stay: clean, free Internet, great price and reasonably sized rooms.

Extremely easy check in and great hospitality. The room had a big refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Only there for an overnite. Clean room, friendly staff and fresh popcorn in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Standard fare.

We only stayed one night for my best friends graduation from Ivy Tech. The staff was friendly and quick. The room was clean and nicely decorated. As usual, there are never enough towels to start, but more were brought quickly...a bit on the rough side, but ok. The 52" tv was nice and allowed both my Grandma and I to watch comfortably from the bed. There were two hard-backed chairs and a small'ish easy chair that was pretty comfortable for my 5'7" frame due to it's footstool. The queen beds each came with 4 pillows. The bath is small but adequate. There was good pressure and spray in the shower. Two showers back to back and warm water still left. The free soaps are tiny but did the job. The shampoo was too small to even attempt on my long hair. The lobby was pretty small but they did offer free popcorn and cookies (they didn't last long). The vending machines were nicely stocked and not overprised. Free wifi was nice and they had a computer in an alcove that guests could use. There was a weight room, but we didn't use it. Included was a free breakfast but it was the most disappointing part of the stay: Dry eggs, sausage links that tasted odd, and waffle mix from a huge container that came out tough when cooked. The ceral was fine as was the packaged mini-donuts. The coffee was a bit strong but Grandma liked it.

We chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle, but when our flight was delayed we had to take a cab because the shuttle had stopped running for the night. It did not say on the website that they need 12 hour notice for the shuttle to run, but that was their claim when we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. It was kind of expensive for what we got though.
