Queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Includes eat in kitchen, full size washer & dryer & walk in shower. A short walk to the Clubhouse & pool. Nice walking path throughout the complex. Perfect location. Close to the Sanibel & Ft Myers Beach bridges. CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TRAVELING NURSES. Must be 18 years of age, no pets, no smoking. Credit & background check required. HOA approval needed.
