Great value compared to the competition. The location is close restaurants, such as the Khon Kaen Thai food place (I like Thai). Easy enough to walk downtown to the mall or the old town district. Also, a nice walk along the Channel shore. And only 5-6£ for a taxi to/from the Folkestone Central train ...
The hotel is nice but could do with a refresh. Our room was nice, amazing view, but the shower didn’t drain which made it very difficult to take a shower. However, the view of the white cliffs was amazing!
Loved the view from my room. There was no cold water. The bathroom was hot. Other than that I really liked the hotel.
Nice older hotel with incredibly friendly and accomdating staff. The building itself is getting older and the rooms weren't incredible. Definitely stay for the views and the hospitality! I would happily book a room here again
