Well located for Shuttle, easy to find, good on site parking. Excellent, helpful reception. Room excellent for this price point - good amenities and comfortable. Huge bed! Breakfast included - cold buffet available from 0400 which is great for early starts, hot from 0600. Will use again.

Very good all round ! Except pet-friendly charge excessive compared to all the other Hotels we use regularly! Who normally charge between £6-£20 and are sometimes free. With the additional car parking charge now it is making our stay with you be carefully thought about. Shame you are becoming a bit Corporate greedy!!

Non Smoking allocated room smelt of tobacco smoke!! Great bed but poor pillows!! Free Breakfast was very poor!! If your going to put out a Continental Option do it like your hotels do in Europe, namely Holiday Inn Express in Dortmund, Germany.

The staff were great, the breakfast is put as one of the best points of the hotel. On the Saturday it was all cold I don't think the serving plates were switched on. I know not the hotels fault but kids running about and shouting at 10pm and 5.30 am also running over the furniture also dogs on furniture. Bed comfy but sofa scruffy lots of stains.
