Check-in was smooth and receptionist friendly. My room was spacious and clean. Had a drink and some tapas in the bar which was enjoyable. Breakfast was good and I liked the teapot size and mugs. Unfortunately on my last night I was late back and my key card stopped working and I had some problems getting hold of reception. Eventually it was sorted and I got into my room. Overall staff were good and I would stay again.

The key issue is the lack of parking. There is no parking at the hotel. The hotel can provide a permit (normally at cost) for on-street parking or there is a safe looking car park 5 mins away which is locked overnight but has no access between 8pm and 8am and is height restricted 2m05cm. I don't believe this is clear until after booking and then only if the small print is studied. Having said that the staff were fantastic and the rooms and breakfast are nice. I did think it was pricey considering how much I paid.

Really enjoyable stay. Room was bigger than any we’ve stayed in Folkstone - junior suit. Woke up to the sun rise and staff were above and beyond. Would go back. Great breakfast.

A run down basic hotel. Bedding and towels were the highlight but horrible lumpy pillows. Cannot believe how high your ratings are?? Probably the worst hotel I’ve booked through Hotels.com, why on earth is it connect to the Raddison name ?

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff throughout hotel. Room was large and comfortable with really nice bathroom. We had dinner in the evening which was excellent as was the breakfast the following day. Lots of choice for breakfast, buffet style, all cooked items were hot. Parking in road outside, which is chargeable (£7). Great hotel and will stay again. Thank you.

Room was very clean, nice and spacious for a normal hotel room, let alone a cosy room which we had chosen! Bathroom very modern and both were freshly decorated. Good tea/coffee facilities and tv/lighting all working perfectly. Staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend! All this and it’s right in the seafront and cheap!
