Extremely basic, this is maybe a 2 or 3 star, definitely not a 4-star. The rooms are very basic, WiFi is intermittent & the breakfast is possibly the worst in Florence. It honestly should be illegal to serve those pastries! The hot water is very limited, so you can only have 1-2 min shower, the HVAC took hours to heat & the non-insulated floors were brutally cold. This is ideally suited for summer to anyone that wants no frills. It was so bad we left & booked another hotel after one night. Would not recommend
The property seems to be recently updated. We stayed 2 weeks and couldn't have been happier. The staff was great! Great location. The breakfast was good.
The property is very nice, friendly staff, new, contemporary rooms. AC and Refrigerator worked great. Excellent stay.
The breakfast was nice and the staff helpful. The room was small but nice and modern, the bathroom shower was very small and needed attention to avoid flooding the room.

We booked the reservation 2 days in advance online. Florence is a tough city to navigate by car. We pulled in front of the hotel in a narrow alley and were able to unpack or luggage. A valet service picked up the car 10 minutes later. The location couldn’t have been better. There is a great sandwich shop just down the street where young people congregate do you need to close your windows to avoid the noise. Otherwise it’s all good
