Very nice little hotel. Placed perfectly and with decent sized rooms. Toilet didn’t flush very well but the hotel itself was great. Rooms maybe outdated but probably not in need of modernising yet. I would recommend this to others

Such a good position to walk into the central area. On a small square convenient for the station. Lovely rooms... To watch the starlings murmurate over the square was a bonus!! Breakfast room was small so pick an off peak time. Only disappointment was the bat was not open unless one asked, and yet it was such a beautiful room in which to sit

Visited short for one night Typical city og Firenze Service on the middle svake but Okey Actually Nice rooms and receptionist Change room When He SAW us to the better. That was unexpected. To be s tourist Hotel on one of the hottest spot on Firenze in the rnd og the season. We was surprise. Breakfast was in the middle but acceptable. Visiting Firenze do not use meny on s too expensive place. Choose Hotel Roma I will be back. Thanks

This hotel was the best hotel during our Rome trip. Pros Location Room Breakfast Restaurants near by All sightseeing near by Cons Little noisy at night around the hotel Upon check in we had to wait because the room was not ready

After travelling all day from Belfast, 5.30AM start. We arrived at Hotel Roma at 7PM to be told that the hotel had overbooked. They would put us up in another hotel, and pay our taxi fares. Wasn't amused and told them that I wasn't, they decided to change their minds and offer another hotel. I figured that this was a better offer and begrudgingly accepted. They decided to offer us gifts to sweeten the deal, gifts pfftt cheap red wine and a packet of soap!!! As I was leaving the hotel I noticed that the rooms were given to a bunch of American tourists from a cruise liner, obviously there money is alot more important than mine. Was completely annoyed with the whole experience, thankfully the hotel we ended up with seems to be far fancier. Will give my review of Hotel Cerretani later.

We stayed at the Hotel Roma in Florence, Italy for 2 nights. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and come with all the amenities. The location is very central in Piazza Santa Maria, 5-10 minutes walk to the Duomo and to the Railway Station. This hotel really stands out in service. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to help and answer you questions. We found Eleomora at the front office to be exceptionally kind and courteous. She sent us to excellent places to eat and helped us select the tours best suited to our needs. Thanks for your wonderful service with a smile, Eleomora!

We stayed at this hotel a total of 4 nights. What a perfect hotel! First of all, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All spoke excellent English and were able to help us find great restaurants close by to the hotel which were not touristy or expensive. The room was beautiful with lots of space and a king size bed (unusual for Europe). The location was perfect - walking distance to all museums, churches, tours we had in Florence. It’s also walking distance to the train station. We never needed a taxi during our stay. Also, a nice small grocery store, Pam, was nearby so we could purchase groceries we needed. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Florence. Great location (only 5 minutes walk from the train station). Surrounded by lot's of restaurants and only a short 5 minute walk to the center of the city and Ponte Vecchio. Also has a little supermarket just around the corner, so we were able to purchase, bottled water, beer and wines at very low prices. The room was comfortable and the staff are eager to please. Breakfast in served in the lower level, and again the breakfast staff can't do enough for you. Would definitely stay there again when next we visit.

Stayed at the Roma 4 nights in mid Sept., 2017. We were in Italy 2 weeks and stayed at several hotels but this one was truly special. Was it grander than others on the same Piazza? No. It's the people! From the front desk to the housekeepers...genuine smiles. This review hasn't the space to elaborate on all the special considerations afforded us by the staff of this hotel. The owner should be proud of this unique group of people. If you need to be near the train terminal for departing tours, this is the hotel for you. If you need to be within walking distance of almost every attraction in Florence, this is the hotel for you. Pinky swear!

Brilliant location, a stones throw from the busy Dumo, but in a quieter square overlooking Santa Maria Novella with several restaurants dotted around. The square has evening buskers which adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and well managed. Breakfast ok but could be better..a bit samey after 4 days, eggs could be warmer. Staff pleasant enough. No tea/coffee facilities in room, but you are able to make one any time during the day at reception. No problems to report. A nice hotel in good location near to station and main attractions. Lovely 👍
