Wonderfully helpful staff, centrally located in the center of Florence but quiet (room looked onto lovely courtyard). I wish hotels in Italy would offer recycling!

Great experience! All was good. A very nice option to stay in the city

Hotel staff speaks excellent English, very knowledgeable and helpful. Free breakfast in morning is so-so but makes things even more convenient. GREAT Location for those tourists visiting Florence doing sight seeing. Who cares if the room is dated decor, the a/c works and you aren’t ever in the room anyways!

The only good thing is Location, the air conditioning first day wasn’t working I have to ask for a fan that doesn’t have a cover so it’s not safe but have to use it otherwise it feels like oven then next day they replaced the air conditioning with a new one which somewhat helps, the bathroom smelled, the breakfast same everyday with choices of three different bread, ham cheese no eggs three types of cereal, 2 types of yogurt in a big container one sweet like on like at least they have the coffee machine with selection and that’s it. Otherwise if your looking for a good location this place is good close to shops and cafes .

The hotel is centrally located with only a minute walk to the Dome. The room was a little small but it was clean. The breakfast in the mornings were very good they served pastries, cold cuts, bread, feral, yogurt, and coffee and juice. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Just a some what cheap night stay. No the greatest place but good location.

The hotel is very well located. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is standard. The room is plain. Lacks personality being in the center of Florence it felt like a motel 6 in Florida. Very noisy. There a is construction site next door. And I was near the elevator. There were ppl coming in and out all night. Woke me up several times. The room has No details at all. No water bottle on the table. They didn't have an outlet converter. I checked in at night and I was told to buy one on the street. They are cheap 2€ and easy to find but not at night. I had to go without cell phone charge the next day. It is really is not a major deal but those are the small details that make your stay easy and comfortable. Made me wonder why not have some extra converters to offer/ rent / sell to guests to make the stay more convenient. Plain room. Average hotel. Clean. Felt safe. Bathtub really high with no gripbar to grab on can be slippery!!! Nothing too complain but the NOISE all day long. nothing to comment either. I would look for something more "Florentine" next time.

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, reasonable prices

Great location, close to the Duomo and resturants. Friendly staff. Andrea at the front desk helped us with lots of information about the city. Fair price. Good breakfast

The hotel's location is PERFECT! 5 minute was to The Duomo, 10 minute was to the train station and the Ponte Vecchio. The rooms were average. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, not a huge selection. I would stay here again if I was on a budget. For what you pay this hotel is perfect.

Albergo Firenze has gone downhill since we stayed there in 2006 and we will not return. We had two rooms. The rooms were not clean, there was mold in the bathrooms, the bed covers were filthy and the rooms and lower halls stank. Deferred maintenance was evident: doors would not latch, door handles and toilet parts were broken. The courtyard housed noisy homeless people at night. Our views included them and another trashy area.

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy agrable y atento, cumple con los requisitos necesarios para volver
