Fantastic location, walking distance to all attractions. 24 hours front desk receptionists were one nicer than the other, especially Nino and Simone. Room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels. Breakfast was good and Karima, the host/waitress was treating guests like they were in a high class restaurant, loved her. All staff were super nice and helpful. In our two weeks vacation in Italy, this hotel was the best in everything. Just to know the hotel is old which gives it its own charm but the air condition worked great, they were two elevators, our room was somewhat remodeled and very clean. The only suggestion is the bathrooms especially the bathtub could be remodeled.
