Very nice and clean place. The room.was very big and the AC was amazing! Much needed if you plan to travel in July to Italy. Close to train station and walkable. I will 100% recommend to stay here in Florence. The owner was very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp.

This was the perfect location so close to the Spanish steps. It truly was easy to get around, a bit of walking but great. We did have a street car in the front so it was a little noisy at times. We were close to a lot of dining options.

A budget-friendly stay

A well-located property within walking distance of the city centre. Adequate facilities for food and drink preparation. The room was fine, although the the shower head and shower doors were on their last legs. Fine for a budget-friendly trip.

Nice roome but a bit hot during the night.

The room was nice with big ceilings and a nice bed. The bathroom was small but usable. The room was really hot during the night because we can't have the AC running long in Florence and is controlled by the owner that you have to contact. The location is fine but you will have to walk at least 15 min to be in the touristic area.

The check in process was very inconvenient. They require you to notify the host at least 72 hours before arriving for check in. Even upon doing this we were waiting for the host to message us back with check in instructions. When entering our room the bathroom shower door was literally off the hooks hanging. There was construction on the first & second floor the entire time. Constant drilling from 6am on.

It was a good 20-30 walk to main sights. But there are many restaurants and grocery stores along the way. There was only one pillow each we like 2. There were mosquitoes in room at night keeping us awake. We think from an open window in kitchen. They said had to stay open. The kitchen was very handy with microwave, fridge, sink and kettle.
