We loved the hotel. The staff was attentive and added personal touches that took the stay to the next level. The evening wine happy hour was a hit. We generally had dinner around 7:45 each night, which meant we had time to have glass of wine or two at the hotel before dinner. The staff was caring, generous, and always helpful with taxis or recommendations. We would love to stay here again, and the location is perfect. It might be the smallest hotel at which we had ever stayed, but it was charming beyond belief, and we had a wonderful time. Ciao!

This was a great small boutique style hotel. The location was centrally located and had great views of the Duomo from the window! The decor is excellent and posh. The staff were friendly, especially Agnus and Julia. Breakfast was wonderful and happy hour is a special touch. Our room had some AC issues, but our children’s room was fine and much cooler than ours. There are many stairs leading up the hotel itself so if you don’t like elevators or cannot walk up many flights this is not the hotel for you.

We had a good start to the stay, we were allowed early check-in, and received a bottle of prosecco as the expedia member perk as it was my birthday on check-in. The location is excellent and convenient to come back to freshen up in the heat. The aircon seemed to struggle a little to reach the temp it was set to, which could be problematic for people used to sleeping in the aircon in the heat. We unfortunately booked for 1 instead of 2, and we're charged 30 euros per day, 4x the amount of the price difference, so be careful of any additional charges here.

Great Hotel. Amazing location

Great property well located near the historic centre of Florence. Ideal location for visiting most sites. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Several had a nice view of the Duomo as well. Staff was simply amazing and very friendly. Would stay again!

Premium hostel In a great location

my first sensation was quite a bit odd, it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but was more likely a “premium hostel”, the particular thing is that this “hotel” is located on a second floor in a building. Then we arrived late in the evening and the first thing said when we entered is that check in is up to 9pm, then the room is comfortable but like a said is a bedroom in an apartment. Finally I asked the night before at was time was check out and the guy told me at noon, the day of the check out I re check and asked for a check out at 1pm cause I don’t like to be in a rush and I wanted to have breakfast and solve some issues, the woman at the front desk asked “3 hours for breakfast?” and I think that was completely rude from her. Long story short we ended up checking out 10.30. pros: location Cons: first night was freezing, then they turned on the heating. Could improve the way to communicate sometimes. And to be honest at the last minute when we were leaving with our bags (2.45p) there was another woman but in this case she was extremely nice. I do not recommend this “hotel” and if im writing this review is because I mean it.
