We visit Mobile often because my husband's family lives in the area. After our first stay here, we said we would never stay anywhere else for our Mobile trips! It's very clean, staff has always been friendly & helpful, beds are very comfortable & everything is within walking distance. Great hotel!

The staff were so friendly, everyone we encountered was super nice and went out of their way to make sure you were greeted and taken care of. The room was extremely clean and nice,we stayed in the King Suite. This place is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. We are booked for another stay for Thanksgiving, we have family in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved the balcony that over looked downtown. There were weddings and music and general mirth going on just outside my room the entire stay. It was a privledge to watch. The room was delightfully quiet when the balcony doors shut.
I thought the staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the staff wearing masks during the Covid spike. I was disappointed in the breakfast setup. 15-20 people huddled around telling the cafeteria worker what they wanted. There was no social distancing which seemed like a perfect opportunity to spread germs. We chose not to eat the free breakfast.
Property is located in the historic district of Mobile. The lobby area is big and well kept.
I stay here every time I come to Mobile. It is clean & conveniently located across the street from my meeting location.
This hotel is located in a great spot within downtown historic Mobile. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was kind and welcoming! Great spots to eat and shop nearby within walking distance. Would stay here again!

Wonderful location. Walked to Saenger Theater for show. Very convenient. Loved being so close to EVERYTHING.
Overall great experience, except sheets and mattress pad kept falling off the mattress. Made bed several times during the night.
