Service was the best. Glad to have vacationed tbere.

Paradise Beach was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. We had a room in the Paradise Oceanic, just across a private alley from the main resort. It was comfortable with a small bathroom & balcony (no view). The building has a gym & roof deck with a small pool & beautiful views. Our first experience at the pool restaurant was not great, (waited for service & food was mediocre). The included breakfast was good, and conditions were better at the beach restaurant (no bugs) but the food was still so-so and the prices are too high. There are plenty of restaurants in West Bay with excellent food. You will pay $22 for a gourmet meal instead of chicken fingers & fries. I loved that the courtyard/pool area at Paradise Beach is filled shade trees to get out of the sun. Not many lounge chairs but we didn’t have any issues. Cruise passengers are bussed over & this is one of the main destinations but we only noticed it on one day. The snorkeling is fantastic. The area in front of the hotel is crowded & busy with boats but a short walk to the south end brings you to a quieter cove. There are many vendors, but just politely say no & they move on. We wanted to do some birding so Chris arranged a tour by George “Roatan” who took us to the Arboretum & other spots to see some unique species. George also leads kayak birding tours & is a dive guide. Highly recommended. Overall a wonderful experience & I would recommend West Bay & Paradise Beach.

We didn’t like having to ask for towels and bottled water in our room. Sometimes we had a hard time getting waited on in the restaurant. That being said, the food was excellent and the beach was awesome.

The staff wasn't helpful each time you ask for something they had no idea. There was no entertainment or activities. We had bad weather and the beach restaurant didn't have appropriate shutters so it was impossible to stayed there cause of the wind and rain.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, right in front of the beach, the room was too small

Absolutely fabulous!! Chris was very helpful and courteous.

Very friendly staff, grounds were immaculate, great food selection

Water in room its salt water To many people selling on the beach nono stop Activities different prices no transportation from airport

couldn't have asked for a better experience. Room was wonderful and always clean and furnished. can't say enough about the cleaning staff and wait staff - I felt like I was leaving friends by the time I returned home. And like most areas - location location location - - Paradise Beach Hotel is in a prime spot on the best beach on the island. I snorkled every day at a different spot just walking off the beach. Fabulous. Bottom line this is a well managed hotel who make customer satisfaction their top priority.

Good location. Basic place. Bed was hard as rock and pillows were awful. Musty smelling room. Pool was nice. Great beach and good beach restaurant.

Great staff!! Ready to accommodate your needs. Excellent breakfast buffet! Beautiful, big, clean pool. If in town, we'd definitely stay at this hotel.

La vegetación y el viento por las noches definitivamente el mejor hotel de Roatàn!!!
