THe tropical grounds that offered plenty of shade away from the beach. The place was cleaned daily. The rooms were comfortable but a little dated. There was a bottled water dispenser in the room that was a tremendous help throughout the week. Slept great every night. Staff was amazing. Only issue is event planner did not work to provide good trips. I should have taken that on myself, it would have been cheaper and more fun.

While portions of the property are showing their age and this is no Fairmont or Park Plaza, and though the always on music in the restaurant by the beach is sometimes too loud, And sometimes you wonder about the coconuts over the path, this it is nevertheless a piece of Paradise. The breeze flows at night and the beach is right there and the vegetation unique and ingenious setup of lighting and the raked sand and lamps are magical. The cocktails might be a bit weak but and the food pricy but never did we get sick and the conch soup is amazing. The food is tasty and the staff is truly caring and they want to please, with Chris being great at organizing and offering day rides. Stayed elsewhere for one night and greatly regretted. Overall highly recommended. Also recommend the all in food package. Might end up being cheaper. A place where fond memories are made. The beach’s water is certainly one of the world’s finest.

The security guards are overbearing and act unprofessional.

Wonderful location, there is no direct view of the oceanfrom the rooms but a view of the pool for some. But with in yards you are on the beach. Lots of vendors but they are trying to eek out a living duirng these tough times...

Service was the best. Glad to have vacationed tbere.

Paradise Beach was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. We had a room in the Paradise Oceanic, just across a private alley from the main resort. It was comfortable with a small bathroom & balcony (no view). The building has a gym & roof deck with a small pool & beautiful views. Our first experience at the pool restaurant was not great, (waited for service & food was mediocre). The included breakfast was good, and conditions were better at the beach restaurant (no bugs) but the food was still so-so and the prices are too high. There are plenty of restaurants in West Bay with excellent food. You will pay $22 for a gourmet meal instead of chicken fingers & fries. I loved that the courtyard/pool area at Paradise Beach is filled shade trees to get out of the sun. Not many lounge chairs but we didn’t have any issues. Cruise passengers are bussed over & this is one of the main destinations but we only noticed it on one day. The snorkeling is fantastic. The area in front of the hotel is crowded & busy with boats but a short walk to the south end brings you to a quieter cove. There are many vendors, but just politely say no & they move on. We wanted to do some birding so Chris arranged a tour by George “Roatan” who took us to the Arboretum & other spots to see some unique species. George also leads kayak birding tours & is a dive guide. Highly recommended. Overall a wonderful experience & I would recommend West Bay & Paradise Beach.

We didn’t like having to ask for towels and bottled water in our room. Sometimes we had a hard time getting waited on in the restaurant. That being said, the food was excellent and the beach was awesome.

The staff wasn't helpful each time you ask for something they had no idea. There was no entertainment or activities. We had bad weather and the beach restaurant didn't have appropriate shutters so it was impossible to stayed there cause of the wind and rain.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, right in front of the beach, the room was too small

Absolutely fabulous!! Chris was very helpful and courteous.

Very friendly staff, grounds were immaculate, great food selection

Water in room its salt water To many people selling on the beach nono stop Activities different prices no transportation from airport

Dear Guest, we are happy you loved our luscious gardens, we are very proud of them as it would not be Paradise without them. West Bay Beach is only yards away, which means you have the best of nature all around you. Return to Paradise.
