The hotel itself is great - awesome pool, great location on the beach, really nice rooms. The service is pretty bad. Extremely inattentive in the restaurant (I routinely had to ask multiple times for a glass of water or cup of coffee); we once stopped in for a bite to eat, then just got up and went ...
couldn't have asked for a better experience. Room was wonderful and always clean and furnished. can't say enough about the cleaning staff and wait staff - I felt like I was leaving friends by the time I returned home. And like most areas - location location location - - Paradise Beach Hotel is in ...
We were picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle and delivered to the facility quickly. Check in went well and we were soon having a cold brew. The rooms are very sparse, no TV's or phones. Really not needed though as we were in the room very little. The restaurant is right in front and beach ...
Pros: You're right in front of the beach and within 1 min from the dock to take boat to go diving & sea fishing. It's not crowded as the other touristy area of town (West Bay Beach). You get to blend in with the locals. Cons: Limited parking in front of hotel b/c of busy street. But they are working ...
Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs and went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us with travel arrangements. The facilities were clean and the rooms were lovely! Beautiful lodge with the best views ever! Would definitely recommend staying there and will stay ...
We were picked up at the airport which was very nice. 1st room had water leaking in the hallway and a non working toilet. After trying to fix it (had to call twice) and being unable to, we were finally moved into another unit later that evening. Noticed our socks got very dirty the first day so requested ...

This resort offers so much more than meets the eye. I was looking for a quiet get-a-way and nice beach. The resort is older but was being renovated. It wasn't fancy but it was clean. Our room was always nice and cool, the food was good and the inclusive bar was very convenient. The snorkeling was magnificient. We had a few Cappucin monkeys visit us on the beach that were adorable. I absolutely had so much fun feeding them and holding them as they curled up on my chest. There was a beautiful peacock that would wander into the resort lobby which to me, was so cool. The private beach was always kept immaculate and was raked every morning to remove leaves and debris that might have came in overnight. I felt very safe. The staff were so friendly and offered much information and helpful tips to make the Island visit less confusing. If you just want to visit a beautiful beach, relaxing atmosphere, yet not expecting "fancy", this is your place. I am going back as soon as I can!
Las Rocas was perfect. The staff was amazing. We felt well taken care of and the staff was warm and friendly. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or take water taxi to anything. Our dive team rocked! Alex and Laura are the best!! Great happy hour too!
Hotel facilities really nice, needs a bigger food menu, but all good
Like all the other reviews: Very accommodating. Milos, Celeste & their staff bend over backwards for you. Easy walk to the beach. Milos snorkeling tour was great. Will definitely stay there again if we go back. That, in itself, should tell all.
