There are some improvements that are needed like there could be more towels in the room, the water pressure was low, the television was small and it had a lot of static, the floor wasn't properly cleaned and the comforter was stained. Everything else like the ambiance, the staff, the food, the drinks were on point. Rooms were very nice!

Better every time.

We've stayed a half dozen times or more in the past few years, and never had anything bad to say about any aspect of our stay. Same for this visit. Better than ever, staff interaction and communication from airport transportation to check in, housekeeping, breakfast, towels, drinks at the bar, food at the restaurant, all well above our expectations. We introduced some friends to IB this year and we can guarantee another visit. Great job, and keep up the good work.

The hotel is very pretty, the beach is gorgeous, the staff was mainly friendly and helpful. The shuttle from and to the airport was on time and super helpful. The food in the restaurant was good, the breakfast buffet was small but sufficient and yummy, the service was good as well. The only thing they could improve is that the kitchen in the room was not very well stocked (no pans, no pots, not enough silverware, no pods for the dishwasher, the toaster didn't work - the coffee maker and complimentary coffee were super nice, though) and the towel service somehow never had fresh towels and I always had to come back to get them. Otherwise it was a great vacation, I was there with my parents, husband and 2 young daughters and we had a great time.
