The transport driver left the airport and didn't pick us up. He had to come back and get us. He was nice, not sure why it happened. Pool in one of the buildings needs plaster maintenance. The main pool is beautiful. Did not have any poolside food/drink service at main pool. Food at Herby's was tasty. Breakfast was average, the service was not great (slow) had to ask several times for items. (It was not that busy)

I only stayed one night so I didn't get to try all the amenities but the food at the restaurant was good and front desk staff were really nice and helpful. Only complaint is the shuttle schedule. I was unaware of it on arrival so if you need to be at the airport at a certain time, you may have to order a taxi. Overall, good place. Plan to revisit.

We only spent one night here but everything about it exceeded our expectations. Staff friendly and courteous. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent. Price was fair. Highly recommend.

Room was not very comfortable. Sheets would not stay on the bed until we remade it. No table or chair to sit at. Air worked good. Price was a little high for quality. Toilet was too low. Asked for a handicap room and they said there was not one. I would like a complimentary upgrade for my next stay.

Great dining for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our pool was in need of replastering and was full of debris. Outlets not functional, bad lighting. No in room fridge for my medication.

Nice property with amazing pools. Staff were great st check in and in the restaurant. My room had a “view” of a stairwell with no natural light. If I had my shade open people could see right into the room. So I would not want to stay there again. Not sure why they would put someone in such a horrible room. Maybe some of the rooms are better? I hope so!

We highly recommend upgrading to at least a one bedroom suite, it’s such a huge difference and it’s nice to have your own washer/dryer. Properly is safe and so quiet. The staff is so friendly too!
