We are very disappointment that a change was made by AeroMexico. Since their flight was delayed, they changed our fight. Instead of flying from Mexico City to San Pedro Sula, we were flown to El Salvador and asked to board an Avianca flight from San Salvador to San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This change was due to a flight delay on the connecting Aero Mexico flights, and resulted in terrible customer service. Somehow, this change caused our returning flights from Honduras to the USA to be cancelled with United Airlines. United could see the revelation, but they could not let us board because they could not produce an e-ticket. It was incredibly stressful. Orbitz/Expedia could not fix their error. My partner and I were forced to buy a second set of United Airlines tickets to come back to the sites. This inconvenient transaction for new tickets cost us $1501. We are very upset about this, and Orbitz/Expedia, Aeromexico, and United have not taken responsibility. This is by far the worst flight experience and customer service we have ever had or ever heard of.
