Likes: The parking area was secured by gated area with room card access. Dislikes: There is no daily room cleaning/maid service in your room. Breakfast is more like snack time. No eggs pancakes or real food. Bathroom was full of hair Broken furniture in room Sink in bath clogged.

First room we were given was not even cleaned. Front desk clerk was quick to get us a cleaned room and was very apologetic. One chair in the new room was either extremely bent or just broken. It shouldn't even be in the room for its an injury hazard.

As you walk through the front entrance the carpet is extremely dirty and trash visible. Looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Waited close to 5 minutes at the front desk why the clerk was on a personal call about how she was almost off. Finally finished check in. No information on how to get to our room other than the elevator is over there. Elevator was just as dirty as the check in. Got to our room and had pillows with no pillow cases on them. Found one just sitting in the corner behind the chair. Old animal cracker and left of sugar packets on the fridge. Dirty silverware in the drawer. Shower time. No soap or conditioner just one small shampoo. The shower knob was broken and had to be jimmyrigged to turn the shower on. Once inside found really curly black hair all over the shower wall. Not mine. Possibly some black mold in the corners. Looks like it’s starting out. Tv remote was cracked and falling apart. And the knob to the air conditioner is broke and just spins. Refrigerator was clean and bed is a 5 out of 10. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Tried to check in but no one manned the front desk for 20 minutes. People infant of me who were also waiting eventually called the hotel and then staff finally appeared and said they didn't see us. Even though we could hear them and called out. As I waited i noted how unkept the lobby was and just cut my losses and left after asking to cancel my stay. They said to call Orbitz as they could not cancel. My wife called Orbitz and as Orbitz was of the mind that the issue of no front desk staff was not a concern, they processed the charge. No longer will we use Orbitz or ever stay at an Extended Stay facility.

overbooked when we checked in at 5. Only room left had twin beds

We needed to stay in everett which has a huge drug and homeless population I chose this hotel thinking it would be ok. They appear to have many people living here and I overheard staff talking to a guest about drinking alcohol in the halls and outside also other guests that made me feel uncomfortable. The facility is clean but could use an update. When checking in they refused to accept cash so we had to go put money in the bank so that we could check in I called prior to checking in asking a few questions I wish their payment policy had been mentioned at the time when I called. Needless to say we don't be back.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. lack of cleaniness, carpet, bathroom, in need of repair, odor was unbearable. Could not stay, had to locate another hotel. We had booked one room, the reservation clerk said we were charged for two rooms, etc...... Cancelled everything and left.

Lots of people hanging around outside smoking. Difficult driveway entrance when crossing over making a left turn. Back door entrance electronic lock inoperative. Have to walk all the way around the building and enter thru the front doors where the locks come on at 6pm. Probably will never stay at another Extended Stay property again.

Hotel couldn't find the reservation had the "laundry girl" at the desk. Got a room at 2am. Room wasn't cleaned. They checked us out a day early and removed our belongings. We are missing an iPhone now. Manager NEVER on duty.

Great experience! Friendly staff clean room clean lobby and quiet and private. Lots of parking and amenities close to the site. Love this hotel!

Hotel was as I expected. They had a water leak and the water was shut off. This could have been communicated better.

The first room we stayed in on the first night had no heat. They moved us to another room for the second night. But the next morning there was no hot water. After contacting the hotel staff the hot water came on in about 1 hour. Other than the 2 problems everything was fine.

Room 122: Hard bed, chipped counters and paint, shaving gel on wall, bugs in sink, TV went fuzzy if you tried to angle it differently. If my wife had been with me, she would've demanded our money back. I spent my Orbucks on this? Only positive was clean sheets and towels and toilet. I wouldn't "CSI" the place, though.

Had a great stay. But was hoping for more of a continental breakfast to start our day. Coffee was delish though.

I have booked a two twin beds room for my parents when they visited Seattle. I had to pay a visit there to understand what my parents' complaints were. The beds made weird noises that prevented them from good night sleeps. When my parents returned from a day trip, the room was not cleaned at all. They called the front desk, the service person was not friendly. They said the cleaner came in late so the cleaning could be done late at night. No cleaning eventually, no towels, nothing.

Did not get the room type I selected and paid for in advance...... they had sold out. Strange that they had not sold out when I bought the room in advance. They advertise they have kitchens in there rooms at ALL Extended Stays. They meet the definition, so they do have a sink, hot plate, microwave and fridge. But to me that is more kitchen facilities. To be a kitchen I would expect coffee cups, utensils, something to cook it (pots and pans), chopping board, etc. Apparently you could ask for it at reception..... not very convenient to have to ask for everything that you might need. I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you are planning on staying long term with the other long term residents.

We had a hard time booking a hotel room this particular weekend in Seattle, downtown area. 6/12/14. Everything book or sky high prices. ($400.00 a night) Decided to go to the future of flight museum. This hotel is 10 min away. If you need a bed stay here. We had a late check in, 10pm. Night manager not too friendly. Overall good fit for improvised plan. In my opinion even overpriced for what you get. $150.00 a night. I'm glad they had a room... I'm glad it was for just 1 night.

"Excuse me, where is the Wal-mart?" Because I had to go buy a bottle of Fabreeze for my non-smoking room that came equiped with two ash trays. While I was there I bought a camping mat because the bed was so hard. My dog wouldn't sleep on the bed with me, it was too hard. He chose the floor. Our third blessed night we returned to find the toilet no longer worked. We immediately called the front desk and were told there was nothing they could do to dispose of our waste. Alas it was Saturday and there would be no one who could look at the toilet until Monday. Now don't dispair on our account. Four hours later ter we were given the opportunity for fresh air when the dryer set off the fire alarm at 1:00
