The Essex is an entity in itself, offering outdoor activities, a spa as well as facilities such as two restaurants. Suitable for families and couples, it’s location is close enough to Burlington while still offering the peace & quiet of the countryside. Our room was large and comfortable.

This is our home away from home. The accommodation, staff, food, and libations are excellent. It feels to us more like a community than anything else. We will absolutely return.

Very confusing elevator and level with parking garage. Staff should be more helpful to explain all in detail not just give a paper- help guide you where to park in accordance with your room.
