This short trip was a retirement get-away. I wanted to be in town, so the location is perfect. very friendly staff. Our room, which was in the Mansfield House was spacious and well appointed. This was also a quiet location behind the main inn. A beautiful sitting room was very attractive as we walked into the house. We ate at their dining room, the Whip. The food was outstanding, and I have written a review for TripAdvisor. We definitely will return.

We had a fabulous stay, very quaint hotel! The rooms were very nice and cozy, the restaurant was delicious and the staff was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who is planning to spend time in Stowe! And it is so convenient to shopping the cute stores in town.

we checked in and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly,we stayed three nights and it was very comfortable.

Nice hotel with great amenities, historical and lots of charms.

The end was very quaint and Charming. I loved all of the photographs adorning the walls. The restaurant had an Old English Flair. Great atmosphere. The room was surprisingly quiet, given the location right on the street. We stayed in one of the buildings behind the Maine in. The sauna Kama jacuzzi, and outdoor swimming pool were all warm and welcoming. The only complaint was the bed, which was old and felt like a canoe.

A gorgeous setting right in the middle of town. This was like an old fashioned Inn in the snow. Everything walkable from the Inn.

Friendly staff, nice facility and great location. I will stay there again in the future for sure.

This hotel was fantastic. We only stayed one night here after driving from Montreal. This is Inn is a beautiful place with spacious rooms with a fireplace and Jacuzzi. Every night they have a fire pit and the pool is heated as so is the Jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific quaint hotel which maintains its character and charm throughout. Incredibly comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

In town for a wedding and this location was great for walking around when not doing wedding things. Just a short walk to most things including the recreation path if you'd like a long walk!

Rooms are spacious, staff are very friendly and location is great for exploring all the restaurants, cafe's and shops on main street.

The Green MT Inn is for you!! Great inn with great staff and right in the center with good food and shopping all with in walking distance from your room!! This inn is a 10 on my list and a must!

A pleasant surprise. Our first stay. Quiet, spacious room in the annex. Close to all amenities but very quiet. Don't miss the Whip Bar and Grille.

Stowe at its best. Walking to all shopping and most retaurants. The staff is always at your beckon call. Bonnie in the main dining room is the greatest!

This room was so perfect! A four post bed, fireplace and in room Jacuzzi tub. The location was ideal central to Stowe village. Food at The Whip was awesome.

Nice room with a nice view! We really enjoyed the fire in the evenings and meeting new people. That is a nice addition to your hotel. The pool was very enjoyable also. We rented bikes, did some hiking and enjoyed the shops. Beautiful area, great location!!

The GMI is a good hotel, not a great one. It is clean, with some updating, but the mattress is very old, the lighting limited, etc.

We stayed there for one night while traveling. The rooms was very nice and the hotel was old but well kept up. It's right in the middle of the small town, so it's convenient to walk to shops and other restaurants.

The Green Mountain Inn was in a wonderful location, where many interesting places were within walking distance. It had a warm homey atmosphere and courteous staff.

Beautiful spot in the center of town. Recommend highly
