Benjamin Trail is ideally nestled in the sought-after Stowe Club neighborhood of town—just off the Mountain Road (rt 108) and adjacent to Stowe Country Club. So convenient to all of Stowe's wonderful shops, eateries, pubs, and recreation areas, yet secluded enough to fully relax in nature.
This stunning new home is well-crafted with an airy and bright open-floor plan. The bountiful windows, light wood floors, and neutral color palette allow the mountain views to take center stage. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area invite you to make yourself at home the moment you arrive. Cozy couches and a gas fireplace encourage relaxation and conversation, and if you are looking for quiet space or must work from the road, there is a separate sitting room. Additional comforts include a heated two-car garage, a covered porch, and an expansive furnished deck complete with gas grill for BBQs during the summer months. And that's just the main floor!
