This was your standard Hampton Inn & Suites property with breakfast included. Breakfast would be nicer without the use of plastic utensils and non-paper plates; fruit options (berries, melons, etc) would be appreciated as well as non-sugar yogurt (plain) options. Otherwise, a pleasant stay in Nevada.

A bit confusing to get into; it looks like you should be able to get in through the gas station entrance, but keep going. Very nice staff directed us to options for supper. Our room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was amazing!

Great hotel in Wells. Lucky to have such a clean, well kept option while driving on I-80. Staff were great. The lady who checked us in (Mercy, I think?) was the nicest, most accommodating person. Made us feel welcome immediately. Room was clean and spacious, and a great value. Breakfast was great.

Problem with toilet on arrival but this was fixed really quickly. This is a service area, with a hotel. The McDonalds in the service area is totally fine. The breakfast was a good standard and the room was nice. Nothing about, but a good place to overnight.

Oasis in the desert. I have travelled through Wells many time over the years and always opted to stay at smaller less expensive hotels. The family and I decided to give this place a chance for once and I must say this is our new resting place when traveling through Wells. It is located at it off the freeway and has easy parking. The front seat staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were very clean and pet friendly. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well without being to noisy. The continental breakfast was good and had several options to choose from. Overall great experience.

Not worth the price

Check in was quick but awkward. Room was ok but the longer I was in there the less impressed I was. It would be nice if there were soft/firm pillow options, but all were super soft. The shower had bits of hair on the walls, the tub had an open hole between the faucet and drain that you can see into the wall, should’ve been covered. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough so when I slid it to one side to exit, water dripped out onto the floor. The towels need to be replaced. All were ratty looking and they were either paper then or so rough it hurt to use them. One particular towel had a big glob of dried paint crusted onto it. The complimentary breakfast bar wasn’t stocked both times I went by in the morning, and there was nobody at the front desk to speak with at checkout.
