Just a few blocks from main street’s offering of coffee shops, restaurants & entertainment. MCT bus stop across the street for easy access to SIUE & St. Louis.

The unit has a large, sunny kitchen set up to meet your cooking and beverage needs, and lovely dining room and living room area to gather and relax. Smart TVs in living room and first two bedrooms. Note that this is the main level apartment in a 3-unit bungalow. All apartments have separate entrances. Common areas includes patio in back of house and washer and dryer in laundry room (nicely converted garage). Street parking is available.
