Recently renovated property. Took a while for someone to make their way to the front desk (like 10-15 minutes). Couldn't control the heat/thermostat in the room so it was a little toastier than I prefer. I knew other people at the hotel and they said the same. However, clean, convenient, and the breakfast area was well done and roomy.

Room was extremely hot. Had 2 queen bed in my room. Had to change rooms at midnight due to A/C not working. They put me and my 2 daughters in another room with just 1 bed. No cots available. Had to share 1 bed with both of my daughters.

Gym and pool closed,electrical outlets barely worked, the heater was extremely noisy, and the fire alarm went off falsely and the whole place smells like cigarettes. Would not recommend.

The hotel is under renovations. It was clean and I felt safe walking my dog at night. My only issues were they never entered my room to clean. After 3 nights garbage was more than overflowing. Also I had to take a cold shower. I didn't take it during the main time most would be showering. For the price of the room it was worth the money.

This property was nice as you walked in. The room itself not so great! Two mornings I had no hot water . They did not clean the room one day!! I had a funeral to attend so this was disturbing . The first room Had to be changed as it smelled like dog!! They did however refund me for one night . Also, the people working there do not speak English! It was a major language barrier!!!

I understand that the hotel was under construction but our room was dirty, had stains, and was just generally worn out. Our room didn't even have a sign, just numbers written on the wall with sharpie. My feet were dirty from walking on the floor.

The hotel was not very clean. We had to get a new room after finding ants all over the floor, sticky substance on the floor, broken glass on the floor, and pimple patches stuck to the door casing. They gave us a new room after and apologized multiple times but truthfully the next room had its issues as well.
