Location Location Location. Great stay with family even though room is small. Walking distance to mall. Small shop in the hotel had great options with souvenirs drinks and quick food bites which were inexpensive and tasty. Staff was super friendly and very polite.

It's was okay. Rooms and washroom don't have enough lighting. Rooms have just basic necessities, slipper and tooth brushes needed to be requested. Plus point very convenient to Dubai mall.

Good surprise!

The hotel is in front the biggest shopping in Dubai, near to a place where are all the fashion and good restaurants. Easy to go any where. The hotel staff is excellent. The environment is fresh and cool. There is a mini market inside.

I think this is the best option and most valuable hotel to stay in downtown Dubai. However, if they can change my bedsheets every other day, that would be even better. My sheets weren’t change even after my 7th night stay despite informing housekeeping.. Sigh..

Nice stay at Rove Downtown

Modern hotel, comfortable rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. They helped us with taxis, directions, and other recommendations. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from one of the pedestrian bridges to enter the mall. There is a small store downstairs for snacks and toiletries, coffee and pastries. TGIFridays is downstairs and good to sit outside at bar in evening, but the breakfast there is not worth the time or money. I would recommend and stay there again.
