loved the larger room sizes. breakfast could have had more items

Room's set-up was perfect ... space and layout. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Early swim at pool was peaceful.

Friendly staff and prompt response to address concerns. Dislike - room layout, old carpet. It desperately needs renovation including fixing/preventing outside skunk smell from getting into the hotel rooms and corridors.

Hyatt offers a decent free breakfast for patrons whom sign up for Hyatt member program. They had healthier options available, oatmeal, low fat Greek vanilla yogurt, granola, fresh cut fruit, apples and bananas. I would say in every other respect this hotel was a disappointment and is not worthy of bearing the Hyatt brand on the outside. The grounds outside are well maintained, but once you enter the hotel it is apparent that the condition of the quarters are dated. Everything from the hallways, baseboards, elevators, stairwell are glaringly not well maintained. Our room was not vacuumed during our stay, we had left some plates from the breakfast bar in our room and they were still there once we returned that evening. We even called in the middle of our stay to ask that the front desk ensure our room would be vacuumed, that did not seem to help. A younger lady answered the phone, asked for our room number, said we were “all set” and disconnected the line before I even got to ask her what sort of assurance we had that it would be done since it seemed like that would be part of the daily cleaning list for each room and it hadn’t been done yet. We let it be and returned to room late that evening not holding our breathe it would have been completed and surely enough it wasn’t. There was a disturbing amount of crumbs and debris we would found in our room at the beginning of our stay and it was evident that ants in room were thriving well off environment there.

Every thung was fine except bed had previous guest hair in it which had ne questioning was bed made with ckean sheets ir jyst made up. Yuck!

Pro's: Great location, not too far to Ann Arbor, downtown Detroit, and DTW airport. Also a nice surprise was the closeness to a lot of restaurants/meijer and a target (all walking or close to walking distance). There is also an AMC 30 right next door. Rooms are a very nice size, fridge, and microwave included. Con's: As of Nov 1 Hyatt has changed their policy so that non-members no longer get free breakfast. This was a major surprise to me as a frequent traveler and will probably keep me away from Hyatt's in the future. Also this hotel does a pretty poor job at turning over the room when your there. My stay was 5 days and the sheets were changed once. I know this because coffee got on a sheet/pillow and it was there for three days. I also had to ask twice to have shampoo and soap refilled in my room. When they did come to clean the room I got clean towels everyday however. Overall: 5.5-6/10

My room was on the first floor, across the hall from the kitchen and services and hotel bar. Guests were loudly drinking until past 11 pm - on a Tuesday- and then the service entrance door was banging open and shut later than that, and began again at 5:30 the next am. When I complained, I was told the hotel was full and my room couldn't be switched. Didn't sleep the entire stay.

My experience was very smooth and comfortable. I can't complain about anything. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The location in and the area of the hotel commentates the area where I wanted to go that night.

We were just in for one night for a baby shower on the following day.The staff was very friendly & pleasant. I/we normally take 2-3 nights to adjust to a hotels beds & pillows, but the pillow top mattress & pillows lulled us right to sleep. We stopped in for breakfast and the orange juice was chilled and tasty. The scrambled eggs & sausage were delicious. The coffee was a little too strong for our taste.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is great. Withing walking distance you have many restaurants / Bars and even a movie theater. I love the rooms which are very nice and spacious with even a separate area with a huge sofa.

Nice hotel. Housekeeping staff a little impatient and never returned. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

Provided a comfortable and quiet refuge while visiting family for Thanksgiving.

Comfortable stay in a safe location. Will definetly stay here again next time we visit.

Very clean, excellent service. Great experience and good restaurants and stores located near the hotel

Hotel is very well located. Near to main freeways, restaurants and entretainments.

I would say that the guests were a bit rowdy coming from various weddings and the football game in Ann Arbor, but not the hotel's fault. The hotel was fine and the room well appointed. Good value.

Thank you for staying with us. Housekeeping did not meet the standards we expect from them. We are sorry you had a bad experience. We addressed these issues with the staff and will correct it going forward.
