The hotel is very nice. I particularly liked the breakfast, which was excellent. Good eggs and sausage and good coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to the highway.

Toilet did not work. They asked me for $20 early check in fee, which I paid. Then came to lobby later and they were telling another guest to join the hotel free Hyatt "membership" to get free early check in.

I liked my stay but i didn't want a room with handicap amenities at all. I wanted a standard room. I rather had that room for a person that really needed it because I wanted more privacy for the bathroom instead of having it in the room like that

Friendly staff and prompt response to address concerns. Dislike - room layout, old carpet. It desperately needs renovation including fixing/preventing outside skunk smell from getting into the hotel rooms and corridors.
Hyatt offers a decent free breakfast for patrons whom sign up for Hyatt member program. They had healthier options available, oatmeal, low fat Greek vanilla yogurt, granola, fresh cut fruit, apples and bananas. I would say in every other respect this hotel was a disappointment and is not worthy of bearing the Hyatt brand on the outside. The grounds outside are well maintained, but once you enter the hotel it is apparent that the condition of the quarters are dated. Everything from the hallways, baseboards, elevators, stairwell are glaringly not well maintained. Our room was not vacuumed during our stay, we had left some plates from the breakfast bar in our room and they were still there once we returned that evening. We even called in the middle of our stay to ask that the front desk ensure our room would be vacuumed, that did not seem to help. A younger lady answered the phone, asked for our room number, said we were “all set” and disconnected the line before I even got to ask her what sort of assurance we had that it would be done since it seemed like that would be part of the daily cleaning list for each room and it hadn’t been done yet. We let it be and returned to room late that evening not holding our breathe it would have been completed and surely enough it wasn’t. There was a disturbing amount of crumbs and debris we would found in our room at the beginning of our stay and it was evident that ants in room were thriving well off environment there.
