The staff was friendly and courteous. The location is convenient, lot's of restaurants and stores and are nearby. Major roads and freeways are close so it's pretty easy to go wherever you want in the Detroit area.

The room next to us was partying at 1:30 am . It took 3 calls and 45 minutes to be quiet again.

This is a nice, affordable hotel that allowed our family to stay in one place during our reunion weekend. The lobby bistro/lounge was a great place to meet and hang out in the morning during breakfast.

Very clean, location ideal for me, as I was visiting both Detroit and Ann Arbor. Numerous restaurants nearby, + a bistro in the hotel. Not a location for a visit focusing on downtown Detroit (Tigers, Lions, or Pistons). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms for the price. Great staff. Absolutely loved the French Toast! ;) I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly hotel staff and comfortable surroundings. Lovely pool area with hot tub, we enjoyed both. We would stay here again!

Hotel was clean & comfortable. Staff was helpful getting me on line with my computer

Lovely room. Nice to have a balcony Very friendly and helpful staff.

The car services they use are unreliable, in that they don't really understand the meaning of the word "reservation". However, when they didn't show, the hotel manager drove me to my appointment in Livonia. Also, as one nears the pool, there is a distinct swim team locker room smell.

Comfortable, clean room. Fairly quiet; my room was near an exit door so there was some "traffic" in the hallways. Only things I didn't like: No wireless internet and had some trouble setting up the wired connection; limited hours for the free coffee/tea in the lobby. These are small things though! In terms of comfort, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, and location this was a very good stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, quite atmosphere. We can depend on this hotel to be a good stay every time.

The location is great for a multitude of activties: business,golf/recration, shopping, theater, etc. I paid through orbitz, the hotel charged me (double charged) for the entire stay... the hotel also put a charge for dining on my card. We did not dine at the hotel. I called several times to remedy the errors and finally disputed the extra charges through the bank to pay the correct amount.
