I hate leaving bad reviews. But this one is necessary. I have stayed at this hotel repeatedly. Years because my son lives in the area. Unfortunately, this is the last time. I will stay at this hotel. I had booked a six day stay and on day two I was locked out of the room and the staff had no idea how to fix the issue. My husband had a flight to catch and all of our valuables were locked in the room from 10 AM to 5 PM.
