Hello guests, welcome to our ranch house in a quiet neighborhood.

This residential ranch includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. (The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a double vanity, and a jacuzzi, walk-in shower, a king bed and a baby crib. The other two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located in front of the house. Each of them has a queen size bed.) The open-floor kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry, dishwasher, washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage. We clean, sanitize and wash linens between guest. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Coffee, cream, sodas are included. Water dispenser is inside of the fridge. Please help your self.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing we couldn't find was a spatula. The Host generously left some drinks and candy bars. There is a Hy-vee not to far away. The VBRO is located in a nice neighbor hood. We had a 8th month baby with us but not a high chair. I contacted the host and within a few minutes, we had a High Chair!

Welcome Respite in Urbandale

My husband & I (60) & our daughter (29) stayed two nights in this home. We found it to be clean, and well-stocked, and it had plenty of space for the three of us. We were attending events in Grimes, Dallas Center & Des Moines, so the location worked perfectly for our visit. We found the neighborhood to be peaceful and quiet.Thank you especially for the towels and tp! And we loved not having to do housework before checking out. This is a definite “stay again” property.

My son graduated from Iowa State University. Reserved this house for my family to stay while we were in town. The house was perfect for my family and in a great neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful to work with. If we are in the area again, I will reserve this house.
