Not at all worth the cost. Upon arrival, lobby smelled horrible, we were to get a non-smoking room, but the entire hallway smelled like cigarette and weed. Our room was not a non-smoking room. One if the double beds was broken from its platform and the other had blood stains on the bedspread. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine, bathroom door was broken, no microwave, lights were broken, and the clothes hangers hung dieectly over one of the beds. We went down to the front desk and the clerk immediately offered a refund, but looked to see if maybe there was another room. Since we were staying only one night, I opted for us to switch rooms. Our second room smelled much better and was non-smoking, but again one of the double beds was broken (this one sunk in the middle and had no back support). Additionally, the floor was sticky, stains on the bedspread, lights not working, bathroom door won't close properly, torn bedskirt, and blood stains on bathroom wall. The night was filled with loud banging, yelling, doors slamming, and stomping by neighbors. The free breakfast had no coffee and only had waffles. Hand written signs seemed to be posted everywhere for items they were out of or broken. The hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, unsafe, and uncomfortable. We paid way too much for what we were provided.

The TV was off the entire stay and when I tried to call the front desk I realized the phone was not in service. I asked for clean towels and toilet paper and I was told that they didn’t have any.

No AC in the first room. TV and lock broken in the second. Noisy neighbors who were long term residents. lots of garbage bags left out in halls every morning contributed to bad odor. Somehow, I paid full price for this very discount experience. Won't make that mistake again. In their defense, some of staff were courteous and tried to help.

This was a place to lay my head down at night after driving about 650 miles over three days. The front desk staff were nice. There was hair on the bathroom flow as well as on the knobs of the climate control device. Anytime that I got a shower, the water “hot” water was luke warm at best. One of my pillow cases had a hole in it. The pool was under renovation. There were homeless people loitering around the parking lot at night. I was too tired from lots of driving over the three nights that i was there to address any issues, but I wouldn’t stay at this facility again.

Close to where I needed to be. Price was low cost. Furniture really needed to be wiped down. Residual stuff. Coffee filter cradle was missing--unable to make coffee in room. Entry door had a fit issue. One of the very few hotels that has standard (not elongated) toilets.

Best description of this property is also the longtime adage for real estate: location, location, location.

I wasn’t accommodated even though I paid beforehand. Their system was down aso the front desk clerk was very rude, and even said I was lucky that he didn’t walk out. He got very stern with me, and I was very offended by his lack of professionalism. I understood his frustration as well, however, an individual in his position should not treat people the way he did. And the fact the manager would not answer the clerks calls was completely unprofessional

Good and helpful staff. Coffee always available. Only wish is cleaning staff would come in to take trash out.

Nice desk. Bag breakfast. We will be staying elsewhere.

The first room I was given smelled like old fish and the counter tried to tell me it was cleaning supplies. The second room they gave me the cable wasn't working in and when I called the front desk to ask why, he said "what do you see?". I said it's fuzzy. So he said "yeah, it does that it has something to do with the settings.. umm yeah just keep messing with it is all I can tell you". 1 star.

The property was clean with pleasant staff. Check in and check out was very easy. The room was good size and good quality. The location was safe and centrally located. One day housekeeping did not clean the room but when brought to the staff’s attention they apologized and made sure the room was serviced for the remainder of the stay. Will stay again.
