Loved the location. Less than 5 minutes from great shopping including Costco! Check in process was easy. Loved the great big updated kitchen and open concept dining room / living room which included a huge dining table, perfect for our large gathering. Amazing to have 6 bedrooms, all with king size beds which accommodated our group perfectly. Unfortunately thats where the positives end. The property inside and out appeared to be rather neglected. Outside had trash strewn about the yard, unsightly weeds through out, broken/dilapitated chairs, hot tub filled with grit and gravel (could not use)and part of the fence looked like it was about to fall over. Inside: broken blinds, dirty floors, some towels which appear to have not been washed, some bedding that smelled strongly of BO, kitchen understocked with only 3 coffee mugs for our huge group, living room lacked comfortable seating with only one 3 seater couch, the rest being uncomfortable folding or metal chairs. Lastly, it was rather off putting seeing a large sign with bold red type in entryway saying “QUIET ZONE!” It states there is a tenant occupying the front part of the house (did not realize this!) and we need to be considerate of the tenant and neighbors. I think this place would be awesome with some TLC (not super expensive fixes!). Although we had a pleasant stay where we tried to focus on the positive, in its current state we will not return. 0 Although our stay was pleasant as we focused on the positive
