Great place and great hosts!

Alex and Maggi were awesome! They answered all of our questions quickly and the house was lovely! It was a perfect place for me and my friends to stay while visiting Denver!

Great for a Volleyball Team

Everything we needed and so much more!!!

The house was wonderful so clean and welcoming!!! It was so roomy and cozy!!! The location was perfect!! Easy to get to all the downtown spots from the house. The house was stocked with all the things needed for a great night in with the kids as well as the yard was great for running around in. One of the best stays ever!!!!

Spacious and Affordable

We had a great stay at this house in Denver. I went with a large group of 9 friends and we had a blast. Even with that large of a group, this house felt spacious. There was plenty of parking from the entrance in the ally (enough for four or five vehicles easily). This house was just as advertised. And all at an affordable price for such a convenient, city-centric location to boot!

Absolutely amazing

Our stay was nothing but perfect. Communication with the home owner was timely. The check in process was seem less and the house was very clean. You can tell the home owners put a lot of time and money into modernizing the place. A must check out spot if you are headed to Denver. Highly recommend!

City Park Location

Great location for those wanting to enjoy some of the major things Denver offers like the Museum, City Park etc. Plenty of space for a large family gathering or large group. I have suggested the host provide more kitchen amenities like plates, bowls, cups etc. Another couple kitchen chairs would have been helpful and another upstairs couch or couple of comfy chairs would have been nice.

I stayed here.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was a nice space. Other reviews have noted that some rooms are a bit noisy due to being on a busy road and that is true, but that was no issue for my family. It was nice to have the outdoor space/yard to use though it does need some tlc. Proximity to City Park was great. About a half mile to the zoo and science museum, maybe a mile to the playground at City Park. Parking was easy behind the house. Check in/out was a breeze. Never needed to contact the owners but it was clear they were accessible.

Roomy Denver home

My extended family and I stayed here for 3 nights in March and had a lovely time. It was in a good location for the various places around Denver and Aurora that we were visiting. It is on a very busy street though, so bring some ear plugs to block out the traffic noise if you are a light sleeper like me! There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms for sleeping accommodations, as well as a pack n play and high chair that were perfect for our toddler! The whole upstairs has been beautifully remodeled and is in great condition. The downstairs had a couple items that needed repair, but the host was responsive when I brought these issues to their attention. All in all, a great stay!

Awesome Location

Location across from City Park (Denver Zoo, golf course, museum, lake with paddle boat, jogging trails) was perfect for my family. We have 4 little kids so entertaining them while we were in town for a wedding was so easy. House has beautiful new kitchens and bathrooms. 5 bedrooms over two floors gave us plenty of space (we also had my parents and 2 aunts staying with us). It was also extremely helpful to have private, off street parking in the alley. Alex is quick to respond to any questions and arranged for an early check in when we requested. Check-out process is simple and requires very little of guests. We had a great time in Denver at this house.
