It was good enough only complaint was the Wi-Fi was horrible

Nice, clean room, great breakfast, pleasant staff.

I was pleased when we first walked in. The hotel was in a location that was close to where I needed to be for the weekend. There were a few restaurants close by. The hotel staff was friendly and greeted us promptly. Check-in was fast and easy, since my card had already been billed through Orbitz. Getting into the elevator to go to our room was the first terrifying part of the experience. The elevator was filthy, there was trash on the floor, only one light bulb partially worked, it smelled bad, the door shut violently, and the whole unit shook on the way up to the 3rd floor. When we got into the room, it wasn't much better. Despite being a non-smoking room, it was obvious the previous party had been smoking in the room. There were bits of trash on the floor, and there were holes all over the walls were previous fixtures had been removed and not covered up. The light in the bathroom would flicker and didn't give off much light, so it was difficult to take a shower. While the furniture was comfortable, for what we paid, I would have expected a better experience.

There were bed bugs. Very dirty hotel, I'll never stay here again. The parking lot lights were so bright they kept me up all night, the curtains didn't block the light. I only stayed here because it was near my moms place, I won't make that mistake again.

Checked into first room to find stained sheets and previous occupants dirty underwear left behind. Seriously. Switched rooms. Stayed three days and room was never cleaned. When I spoke to the manager he informed me they were under staffed yet never apologized. Hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Garbages were over flowing in the breakfast room and the carpet and walls were filthy.

The hotel staff were great and the room was nice. The only thing I did not like is that the shower curtain did not work right. It was placed too high up and the curtain would not close. The water from the shower splashed outside the tub. Also, we only received one bar of soap. Normally, one receives one bar for the sink and one bar for the bath.

Overall I had a good stay access and location was perfect, plenty of dining choices within walking distance and minutes from plenty of places to shop

This hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. We walked into out room to find multiple cracks in the walls, holes in the ceiling, large crunch in the bathroom door that looked like someone had punched it, and large bugs the size of a quarter. There were stains on both the couch and the comforter/bed skirt. The shower had grout missing and a residue around the entire tub. Also, the shower curtain had apparently been ripped down, and was placed back horribly, making the bathroom door unable to close. Overall, this hotel was absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your money.

No fresh fruit at the breakfast bar and the bagels were as hard as rocks. Only one flavor of tea - cardboard Lipton.

This hotel is well maintained and it is in a central, but quiet location. The staff was pleasant and there were many options during breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel served its purpose for my trip to Colorado. Beds were comfortable, had a refrigerator and microwave in room. Continental breakfast was great in the morning.

The breakfast was really good. There was two flavors of waffle batter, a nice surprise when its typically only one. The pillows on the bed were awesome, had a great sleep.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was awesome for the price. It was a little far from Red Rocks, but the hotels that were closer, were more expensive. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Was ok uncomfortable felt like a ward. Not sure Will stay again

Room is so noisy, can hear upstairs and people walk pass by.

Pretty decent place, but I had no idea how difficult it was to get out of Lakewood in the morning and come back in the afternoon. The traffic is Awful, as bad as Los Angeles on the 405, no joke. If you're staying in Lakewood then it's a good locale - otherwise avoid it.

Time for this hotel to do some maintenance on their rooms. Bath and shower - bath tub creaked and groaned no matter where you stepped. The handle cover for the wall was dangling (not seated against the wall). Hair dryer - Was barely hanging on the wall. TV was HD and very excellent. Bed was excellent as well. Not exactly a scenic spot, but works for those who do not care about that. Definitely clean and comfortable. Didn't have a chance to try their Continental Breakfast.

Noisy place, not from outside, but steps, door closings etc. okay breakfast, nice staff

Would stay again.

Good service, clean room, wifi works well, smoke free room is exactly that. I have stayed at this location several times and it's more than decent.
