DO NOT STAY HERE I can truthfully say this has absolutely been the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolute FILTH. Owners and Management KNOWINGLT rented a room out that had urine/vomit/blood stains on it. Per management, it's the guest's responsibility to remove all bedding and then inspect the mattress before they can move you. Truly baffling. I showed the front desk manager and he actually told me to give them leniency during their renovation period. This is an actual person giving what they believed was a legitimately good reason to let someone unknowingly sleep in a biohazard. DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel is older -and looks it. Pictures are artist renderings of what it’s supposed to be when renovations are complete. I went with it looking like a nice safe place to stay. I was wrong. Homeless people are camped out around the grounds and you can’t see front door because of construction supplies. I won’t stay here again.

Homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Remodeling going on and no warning on the website. Visible mold on the wall in the dining area and it smelled like wet dogs in the lobby and worse in the elevator.

The property is in the process of remodeling, so while the room we stayed in was clean, the elevator and floors were dirty. If we had know that the property was being remodeled, we would not have made reservations there. The breakfast was limited to cereals and other cold items. It was a very disappointing experience.

They are in renovation mode now but I will stay there again because it so easy to go where I need. The staff were so gentle and friendly. My room was totally clean and new so I loved. Even though they are in the middle of renovation there is no problem at all for me. Just book it and be happy.

Do not stay here…

The hotel has construction stuff piled up outside. It has a weird “we’re trying hard to be fancy” smell in the lobby, the elevator door opened like it is part of a creepy movie, the shower head had rusty hard water build up on it, the bathroom door just nearly misses the toilet by maybe a half inch and to top it off there were roaches crawling on the nightstand. I left immediately after that.

I booked this room because of the location, which was Great, but nowhere in my book, and did it say that the hotel was undergoing a total renovation. My first room was filthy, and the AC didn’t work. So they moved me to a second room, which was not as bad, but still not what I was expecting.

Fine overall

Currently in the middle of a remodel, so parts were updated and some not. Breakfast was good. Service was fine. It's nice having a firm and soft pillow to make it exactly how I like. Location was fine.

Find Another Place to Stay

Only stay at this hotel if your options are limited. I’m so glad I only booked one night here. The room was is very poor condition- lights not working, broken fixtures, stains in mattress cover, bad paint jobs, mold is shower, pieces of the ceiling peeling, discolored dryer, and holes in the ironing board were just some of the issues I documented. I understand the hotel was under renovations but the facts they let it get this bad and wanted to keep it open is a shame on the management.

Ok I'm going to be honest, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Remodeling and project parts all over the parking lot, light bulbs were broken with exposed filament, slow draining tub with like 10 layers of caulking and mold around it. Linens were soiled, towels were gray and not on purpose, pungent odor throughout and breakfast was uneatable and gross. Pot smoking in the parking lot and men cussing women out in the parking lot in the middle of the night.

Poopy comforter

Hotel is under renovations. The lobby has a smell similar to sewage. The room they gave us had poop on the bathroom floor and one of the comforters had poop. The vent above the toilet was leaking. The plaster on the ceiling was coming down. We had the front desk person bring clean linen. We were told the hotel was full so they couldn't switch rooms. It was so late and we perpaided for the room. So no refunds. Will not stay here again.
