3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a private pool, upper deck with palapa for cooler breezes in the evening and private parking for a small car. The house is just 2 blocks to the ocean, inviting and nicely decorated. It is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay in Cozumel. The house is centrally located with 2 major grocery stores, plenty of yummy restaurants and a movie theater all within 1-2 block walking distance. The property has a private clothes washer and dryer, gas oven/stove top, microwave, Wi Fi, amazon fire sticks, 2 televisions, small bbq, ductless air conditioners in the master bedroom down stairs, family room and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Ceiling fans and oscillating fans in all rooms.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
