We absolutely loved staying here. Very clean, and excellent staff. We felt extremely comfortable and didn’t want to leave. We would recommend this place to anyone❤️❤️
Best deal on the island. Fresh coffe every morning. Good water pressure,AC. Friendly staff kept the room clean every day. Close to town, but quiet at night.
This great little hotel/hostel accommodations for budget conscious travelers are centally located in a locals neighborhood. The owners are friendly and give great advice . I loved it and will be back
I am hoping to get a refund since we didn't even arrive at this location. I booked my friend to come to Cozumel and shoot engagement photos in Mexico but he missed the flight. Rather than reach out to him to confirm his arrival or do anything to accommodate either me, the one who booked the flight and hotel, or him, both the airline and hotel still charged me and didn't even contact either of us. I was charged more than $400 for a room and seat my friend never took and I want my money back. I am beyond upset that he missed the flight to surprise my fiancé and get amazing romantic pictures of us but for two companies to still charge without any communication and give no refund makes me livid. It's impossible to get ahold of either one since the airline is American Airlines and the hotel won't respond to my emails. Very disappointed.

This place was fantastic! The owners live on the property and are readily available for any needs. The entire place is beautiful! The courtyard and pool area is so tranquil! Comfortable and clean!
Day #1 I was apprehensive. By day #9 I was very happy. Friendly staff & easy travel to markets, good music, food, and the ferry dock. Fair price on the rooms. Other guests very helpful with many repeat customers.
Small, but well-equipped kitchen. Jorge and Carolina are available to advise you. Rooms are very different one from another. Make sure you know in advance exactly what you get. If you have young kids, keep an eye on them, as the stairs are steep and may become slippery when it rains. Also, there are some safety concerns, such as high tension wires used as a security fence. There is a warning sign, but I still got shocked taking a picture.
It's a very beautiful property and has a cozy vibe about it. It was really convenient to be able to rent scooters from the same property and not have to travel to return it to a different location. There's also a grocery store and great taco restaurant around the corner. The location is great. My girlfriend and I had a great time. No complaints here.
The owner had car rental and moped rental.he gave us a lot of information around consumel.over all we had a nice stay..thanks ORBITZ
