This seems to be an old hotel and it is showing. Staff was not at the front desk at any of the times we walked by and the staff member who checked us in was outside smoking upon our arrival. She leisurely finished her cigarette before coming in to check us in.

I loved everything. Nothing i disliked. It was super clean and organized. Breakfast was also available.

Rude and dysfunctional staff - AND if I want a check out receipt - Contact Orbitz - "That what happens whey YOU USE 3rd party for booking" - I requested room since In partly disabled - NOPE... no record of my request I requested early check-in - and was told 1pm- NOPE... no record of my request - 2:30pm was earliest room cleaned - I asked if they wanted to see a copy of my requests - NOPE... its not in our system - so since you used "ORBITZ" contact them - its their mistake

Just a place to sleep, condition was ok and location was excellent.

I like the location it was only a 10 minute ride to Paul Brown Stadium. I didn't like that it didn't have automatic doors !!! It was hard holding doors while pulling luggage!! If a handicap person booked this hotel it would be hard for them to come in and out by their self. My room was very nice loved the color scheme and the mini kitchen in the room. I also didn't like housekeeping was only available if you stayed 8 doors or more less then that you had to pay for service.

I was looking for a larger room with a kitchen. This fit the bill online. But disapointed in several things. The kitchen floor was filthy, the hot and cold water were reversed at the sink. the refrigerator leaked water from the freezer all over our food in the bottom, table had a leg that was wobbly, Ants were on me every time I sat in the recliner chair, the bathroom was very small for 4 people. The beds were full size I think, they just felt small. One small round soap and very small shampoo was all that was given. Again we had 4 adult people. No house keeping, have to pay $5 extra a day if want house keeping. Our trash was over flowing but I did not want to haul it 3 flights. We stayed 3 nights and I needed a towell , had to take dirty one to the front desk and exchange for clean one. Breakfast is just packaged muffins, granola bars and packs of oatmeal. Coffee was empty when we went down. Over all it was ok, but expected a better experience from a hotel.

It was simple but appropriate to rest. The staff was helpful. I have no complaints of any kind.

I hate that this is the 3rd review I've been asked to leave but the hotel was fine. I was there for about 10 hours so I didn't really get to explore everything there was to offer. The one staff that I encountered was friendly. The only complaint I have is that there are not vending machines/ice machines on each floor. It's much easier to run down the hall for something than have to go all the way down to the lobby. The room was nice and very inexpensive.

No ice machine on premise. Asked for ice trays (to ice an injury).Desk clerk said she had to give me one from their break room. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that wants people to put covers over their boots. No conditioner or lotions. No housekeeping during our stay. It was ok, but I probably wouldn’t go there again. Lacking amenities and the staff was underwhelming .

We only stayed one night so maybe we don't have the bestnopinion but our stay was perfect. Check was easy and smooth, employee was very nice. Our room didn't jave a coffee pot in it like she zaid it would but it wasn't a huge deal, as they have coffee and muffins in the lobby in the morning. There is a kitchen in the room so we got take out from near by and re heated it in our room. There weren't any accessories in the room (coffee pot, hair dryer, kitchen tools ect.) Again, not a huge deal because we only stayed one night.

Absolutely disgusting. From the smell, the beer that was in the fridge,....dating to 6/2016!!!!! Deplorable!

Very nice friendly staff, Chris was very nice and friendly to talk too.

I like the location it was only a 10 minute ride to Paul Brown Stadium. I didn't like that it didn't have automatic doors !!! It was hard holding doors while pulling luggage!! If a handicap person booked this hotel it would be hard for them to come in and out by their self. My room was very nice loved the color scheme and the mini kitchen in the room.
